From beginning to end, choosing Nansemond Exteriors to replace our windows was one of the best decision we ever made with home improvements. They were professional from the first time I spoke to Nick on the phone, when he came by for the presentation. He showed us what they offered with no pressure to make a decision. He was straight forward about every detail, we were told that there would possibly be a little wait because of the back log because of the pandemic. Surprisingly our windows were in before the expected time we were given and our installation date and time was set up within a few days of that. The crew showed up on time, they were professional and friendly. Our windows were installed within no time. They also ran into some structural damage with our home, we were advised of it and they were very helpful in helping us find someone to fix the issue. We are very thankful for that. They installed our new windows and cleaned up within a day and a half. We are definitely going to use them again for other projects. Our new windows are amazing. We can already tell the difference in the temperature inside our home and the noise coming in from outside. It feels like a new home. Thank Nansemond Exteriors for this awesome experience!
