NameHero has been a wonderful host since day one. Their support team is so incredibly helpful to newbies when learning their system. They step in with recommendations when needed. My overall experience has been great, and the LiteSpeed servers are amazingly fast as well, helping out with so much. Highly recommended after going through a handful of other competitors first. I've been through hosting with lots of competitors, including GoDaddy, HostMonster, HostGator, Siteground, and IONOS.
It's a shame that after being a reseller customer of Name Hero for almost 4 years, now they took the one-way decision to migrate my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Now all my clients are offline with no website nor emails. For 3 days I have been communicating with support and I already did what they ask with no success. At first they say "No further action needed from your end. It may take up to 24 hours to propagate the DNS zone changes all over the internet. Please allow some time and then check." Now they say "...it can take up to 72 hours." How long should I wait? My customers cannot wait much longer.
Everything seems straight forward and it's easy to use. And it provide all the useful tools. I also like that they have an affordable rate.
Happy it was a breeze without difficult inputs. I did not need advance talent to be able to process the order.
I changed to namehero because the server response was too slow with hostgator. My web page loads faster now. It is true that the change has not be awesome but it has been good enough.
I followed Ryan's reseller 101 hosting tutorial and it was helpful, although all the options have changed since he created the tutorial meaning it was a little conflicting with the information I had already been provided.
It also took me a few attempts to get to the review and checkout page with the order details present. But after contacting your support desk and clearing my cache, it helped.
Had to ask chat if the dedicated ip was a monthly price. Same with the Website Builder for $8.00. Didn't see length of time while purchasing.
Your Youtube videos were very informative. After watching several, we decided to go with Name Hero. My wife and I are very excited about partnering with you as we start our first Web Design/Computer Repair business!
It was straight forward but I dont like to support pin thing, please state clearly that the user must choose a 4 digit pin. The way its currently described sounds like I need to obtain it from some unknown place. Potential sale blocker.
I worked with a web developer. He handled everything. I heard no complaints on his end, and I've worked with name hero in the past with no issues whatsoever
pricing is good but confusing. Only found out about "biennial" after ordering. Had to Google "biennial" to make sure it didn't mean 6 months LOL.

After being a customer for several weeks I found with NameHero, as I found previously with Google, that I do not like using Wordpress. It is unmanageable for me.
Ryan Gray and his team provided outstanding service and support, but nevertheless, I am reluctantly going to close my account.
I prefer to use Drupal as a CMS and have opened an account with a company recommended by Drupal.
I will take as much time as is required to learn Drupal, and set up an individual website, and take as much time as is required to become a competent web designer using Drupal before I open up a web design and web host reseller account with the new company.
For everyone who is comfortable working with WordPress, Drupal or Joomla, I would highly recommend NameHero as a web host / web host reseller. I don't think it is possible to find superior service anywhere else. Ryan and his team are truly dedicated to the success of their clients.

Clear about current price and future prices, would recommend option to change plan term length in edit area when trying to decide on the best option for the customer. Additionally, add on prices aren't clearly marked if it's a yearly or monthly additional cost.
For a newbie (like me) some check-in options can be a little confusing. Specifically related to the domain options when getting a new web hosting.
Correct service, improvements are to be made at the level of the support service. I never get my site up and running Each time I ask a question they do not take the time to understand. For example when I create a new account in WHM my private name server does not appear. When creates a new Wordpress site the system is not set to mail me my login details, I never get my Cpanel connexion details etc
I needed some help and I used your youtube channel and it helped a lot. Took me a day an a half to decide which from so many out there and I chose you guys. I'll recommend you guys anytime

I had to multiply to see the final biannual cost; it would have been nice to see the math done for me.
I run a small tech company and set up websites for my customers. I would like to be able to sign them up with MY email address for the initial setup, but can't because my email address has already been used. I don't want to become a reseller account, so this is the only frustrating part about this experience.
Be honest about your monthly versus annual pricing up front and not just during the check-out process.
