I initially really liked this business for natural products. I'm fact, I had ordered from them a couple of times and was pleased with the hair products, oils and creams. At the end of last year, I made several orders for the holidays. I after not receiving them, I made an inquiry that has now turned into months and months of follow ups and disappointment. While part of the order was finally fulfilled and received, as of today I still have not received any other items ordered, nor has this business issued my refund. There were always reasons for delays and for not fulfilling her end of bargain - She claimed that she tried to obtain a refund for me through PayPal, but that too much time had passed. Now, she has asked for my Venmo information and has strung me along for several more weeks, and I have sent her my information at least 2 times. She is now not answering my inquiries at all.

It seems all during these months of my pressing and inquiring, the reasons for the delays and inaction were endless - the goods were lost in the mail (even after she claimed she remade everything and shipped them a 2nd time), she needed to print labels for the products and was this delayed in sending them to me, she was moving, she was busy and dealing with the "hassle" of responding to email… the excuses continued to mount and mount with no resolution. The only remaining platform I have to demand that she do the right thing is by providing comments on her Instagram posts (she is constantly promoting her products and sales on Instagram). Her way of dealing with this is deleting my comment on her posts, and ignoring me completely. I am extremely disappointed and, despite liking these products, will never buy from this individual again.
