Nadex is a rip off controlled and manipulated the big boys. It is almost impossible to win a 5 minute trade. They easily manipulate the market hover and around the strike point then move in the direction that makes them the most money in last few seconds. Nadex says you can exit early but only if you in a losing position or they fear you will win if you ar the wrong side and want save profit. You can click that button 10 times and nothing will. Then Nadex will tell you it's your computer or internet. I f are winning for sure it only takes one click to exit or losing one click. It is absolutely a scam.

I am really disappointed with the services I received from this company, I invested all my life savings and did not get my ROI back. I have been using Nadex off and on over the years. I had been trying to trade options on traditional sites, but didn't really have enough money to do so. Therefore I turned to Nadex because you can trade there with small accounts. I just finished a trade for USD/JPY above 271. It finished at 271.2. Nadex says I did not win the trade. Their excuse? A mealy-mouthed explanation which says, in effect, don't rely on the data we post as it may not be accurate. Translation: if you are going to win a trade by a close amount, we'll rip you off and justify it by claiming that the data is bad. I don't find that to be ethical nor honest. Buyer be ware and trade there at your own risk!

Nadex is an unprofessional company I've been trying to withdraw my money from my account since last spring. The hold up was me answering how much I deposited wrong. I went back on my records of statements found it. I went online they had stolen 120.00 of my deposit I tried to withdraw the rest of my balance, they then froze my account and now I have to give them my bank statements and fill out all this paperwork just to receive my money back less the 120.00 they stole. Also they only have one person that can call you and he is the only person that can speak with you. They do not have a phone number to call. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

They look real and very serious until you gave them a try. They will ask you ton of documents to prove your identity until you get tired to do so. They suspended my withdrawals as well as my balance of $*******. Stay away from this broker because they don't allow withdrawal after you invested until I report them and got all my funds back. I figured I'd give it a try since I had never traded binary options. First thing I noticed is that several of my orders didn't submit properly. I got a message saying "Order Submitted," but it didn't show up in the list of pending or filled orders. Okay? I guess I'll submit another, but the price has wildly shifted and the order gets submitted but not filled, or worse, it gets filled at an absolute $#*! price. So then you're stuck with a worthless $70 option. Even if the option expires In The Money, if the price of the contract is lower than what you paid for it (which is weird in itself) they take THAT out of your profit. So I had a winning trade that ended up losing $#*!ing money because of that. NEVER had that happen with an equity or index option. Once I accidentally BOUGHT another contract instead of closing the one I had open, because the layout of the Order Ticket is draconian... all in all, I liked the idea of FOREX at first, and I hesitate to call this a scam, but I don't see how it's legitimate at all. You can make what seems like a very solid play - taking in all the info - and then it will randomly drop - AFTER the 20 second cutoff or whatever before the option expires... you're in no man's land... you can't sell... you can't do $#*! except watch your money slowly bleed away.

Spreads offer the protection of a stop loss without actually stopping you out. Finally, Nadex offers a free simulated account so you can practice without putting real money on the line.

So after investing $200 I come to realize that Nadex is a very sophisticated Scam. A few trades settled in the money, but Nadex refused to pay saying the data was different but I have proof of it settling like I said it would via their own email to me. I think there's people and possibly bots on the back end, making sure users don't win. This is a very sophisticated casino slots like operation; where the platform is programmed to cancel orders that will be in the money, delay your strike purchase, deny you won, even though you were in the money.

Additionally, it took me 2.5 years to get an account with them. I sent utility bills, Drivers License, SS card, Apt lease etc and received a b. S. response the docs were not good enough.

2022, after being told my utility bill was not sufficient and my lease agreement wasn't signed when it clearly was, I had to ask for help via chat, because you can't get them by phone. Finally, my document was accepted and I now have an account. However, to no avail. I feel they're reluctant to new accounts because they can't handle the volume, for what they're doing.

I believe they're using people and bots to scam users and they're having trouble keeping up.

I now see complaints from 7 years ago, with the same theory. I see another complaint from someone saying exactly what I said, being in the money and the fail to pay and give an excuse. I will be complaining to the CFTC just so that these things go on the record.

After signing up, I got a call from someone at Nadex, he seemed nervous, stated I would not be able to get anyone on the phone if I tried calling, that they're undergoing a lot of "changes" at Nadex and this was my one chance to speak to a human.

So, that's it. I spent $200. Lost it through fraudulent actions taken by Nadex. I saw for myself that Nadex is a scam. Everyone, please complain to the CFTC so that we can get this on the record.
