This is a horrible consumerist fake bank scam that profits off of your money. I shouldn't EVER have to pay fees just to use my own rightfully earned money! This was forced against me at my job and I HATE IT.

I was trying to pay my electric bill we all know all the electricity companies need is the card information and if the card is declined you call the bank to see why right? WRONG! Because according to this company there is nothing they can do. It's on the electric companies end, NOT THEIRS! Which we all know is bullsh!+. I called 4x spoke to 2 supervisors one that hung up on me. And got nowhere but them saying it was on the merchants end I even had one say it was on my end! I verified all information with both so no it was clearly on y'all's end! If I hear I'm sorry or I understand one more time. Which clearly you don't so when my electric gets cut off are your representatives going to pay for it?! I didn't think so!
