I would suggest that you first call the *******513 vanilla phone number and see how long it takes for someone to answer! My average wait time was 25 minutes. Twice now I was given these cards as a gift and when I went to use them the Balance was less than 1/2 of face value. I spent hours on phone (mostly on hold) to be given instructions to make a claim for the stolen funds. Then after they investigated the problem no help could be given because of 90 day time limit. These cards have an expiration date of many years but have to be used within 90 days or they are no good? My recommendation is Do Not Purchase!
I bought a $20 card for a girt. Luckily I tried to active it before I gave as a gift.
It has been weeks that I tried calling and active online. No body picks up at all. Online is a bust! Asks for your information then at the very end, CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My husband has been trying to get this card for a month now a MONTH! Pure BS company. Cant get a registration right. Pure BS company.
