Having read the reviews below, I feel like I interacted with a completely different company! I rang their helpline for help purchasing a HUUB Archimedes as I was unsure about sizing etc. Had a really pleasant conversation with a young guy who guided me through the process and I ordered then and there with free delivery! It arrived within the week and the fit was perfect - I can't wait to test it out in the open water! For the free and fast delivery alone I'd recommend Mytriathlon and will be ordering again soon

I don't recommend placing an order for anything with My Triathlon at present. They have not fulfilled a promised and paid for pre-order and I have been strung along for weeks by their very poor customer service team who finally admitted today (some 6 weeks after taking my cash) that they could not fulfill the order. Would not attempt to buy from them again. Not so much the lack of goods but for lack of proactivity and misleading service. Promised confirmation of my refund via email today, also not received. Incredibly disappointing.
