I purchased tickets for an April 10 76ers game in Philadelphia. Once I received email to transfer my tickets for mobile use I did just that. What a mistake the tickets I received to download were for an incorrect game.
I have spent five days with four different phone numbers three different emails and all to get no response I spent $900 for these two tickets only to find out they are cheaper on valid sites to purchase tickets. I ended up having to contact my credit card number and report them as fraud and received my money back from Discover card.
Three couples bought tickets for James Taylor in Roanoke. We all received the same email that there was a problem with our purchase but they would offer alternate tickets. Now the concert has been "rescheduled " for 14 months from now but no refund. Don't do business with this company.
I had a wonderful customer service experience from Hue, one of your service representatives. He is a true professional and truly needs to be commended for representing you in such an outstanding manner.
Hue loves what he does and it definitely shows. He is apt, knowledgeable, truly conscientious, has a consistently pleasant attitude and manner. Hue is articulate, is warm and caring and strives to give the best service possible.
I own several businesses and therefore do know how rare it is to have and keep someone with Hue's demeanor and positive qualities. He truly represents you well and I certainly hope you know how fortunate you are to have him. I would hire Hue in a heartbeat!

I give it 4 stars only because I got them the day before. When I saw all the reviews I was afraid and was prepared to loose all my money. At the end I got my tickets and was able to attend the event. Thank you
I think it would be nice if senior could get even a partial return if they cannot make the show. I got sick the day before and the day of and through the weekend. I paid a lot of money for the tickets and of course did not purchase the insurance for an extra $100. As if my tickets had cost enough already!
And then I cannot register my complaint without providing my info!

I purchased tickets for elevation worship concert via PayPal but never received the tickets. They also tried issuing a recurring monthly fee for $185. Why? I have no idea! I was unsuccessful with contacting the company with only a few days until the concert. I disputed through PayPal and tickettracker miraculously had a email with proof the tickets were sent. I never got the email AND I'm out $185! I will NEVER purchase through my ticket tracker again.
Overpriced and will tack on "service fees". Found parking tickets from the original event for $20 while this website charged $72.35. Sent an email requesting for a refund and they refused. DO not purchase from this website!
This company managed to get their ad at the top of Google search. When looking for event tickets I hit this site thinking it was the venue itself. They charged me 3X the face value of the ticket and a whopping service fee. I have no idea how this is legal.
I ordered my Garth Brooks tickets a month in advance getting very expensive seats. 3 days before the concert. No tickets. After being on hold for 2 hours multiple times I get a speech with a rep saying my tickets will be there the day OF via with my mobile tickets. It's a few hours before the concert and they have completely disregarded all emails and call backs. I'm looking to sue now and need to know how I go about this. This PHONY, work-from-home, pathetic, low life's from Connecticut are GOING TO BE SUED. I see all these reviews and know they will be hit hard. They will not have a case or money after this.
Total scam. Never got my tickets. Never order from this place. Tickets we bought were not even in the venue seat chart and they never released their "flash seats" to us. Had to go to credit card company for a refund and buy tickets from a reputable place on top of it all. Lies to customers and says due to a technical error that the Event area made, you aren't getting your tickets yet but we will research it. Meanwhile the event has already come and gone, no one got in touch with us as we waited and waited and waited and nothing! No one contacted me, no email, nothing from the ticket holders to make this right. Do not trust these people!
Wife bought overpriced tickets for an event = Scam example 1. Tickets didn't download = Scam example 2. Nobody answers the phone and emails are replied to with generic answers = Scam example 3. There is no need for this company to exist and it's a total scam, so PLEASE avoid!
Followed a link to only be re-directed to these scam artists. Charged me for a 2 night event but only gave me a 1 night ticket. Called the venue only to find out that boxoffice-tickets and my ticket tracker is not a trusted partner and they did in fact somehow hijack the link and now refuse to correct there $184.35 overcharge!
They could take my money without any trouble, but they can't get me my tickets.
Followed the instructions, downloaded the MLB app. Registered an account with the same email address. No tickets.
The web site takes you in circles.

2. Your Orders shows the tickets I ordered from TicketFront.com
3. Click View Order & Tickets
4. Your eTickets are ready!
5. Your ticket seller has confirmed they have transferred your tickets to you. Didn't receive them? Contact your ticket seller. (a link to send a message)
6. Get the same email saying to download the app.
I thought I was buying tickets via Ticketmaster for Disney on ice for my grandson. Ended up paying more than twice the going rate for front row seats... when there are still seats available at FACE VALUE. Buckle up "MYtickettracker"... I will spread the word via every internet portal I know till your business is killed.
Tickets never arrived after multiple attempts to obtain tickets and them saying they "guarantee" they would be in time. Their guarantee is as empty as the company itself. Ended up buying tickets for same event through Ticketmaster in time to see the concert. Never again!
Ticket not accepted at venue. Refund denied by mytickettracker. I showed them all the proof they needed.I'm currently challenging thru my visa. Stay away from these scammers.
We bought tickets to Bonnie Raitt at Tanglewoods in April for my wife's birthday they promised delivered by June 17 which was suspicious. Today is the 18 the date of the show and no tickets. Ticketsqueeze said sorry! Sorry! This company needs to be stopped. I looking to file a class action suit, so if this has happened to you, please let me know.
My Ticket Trackers, via Box Office Tickets, has held onto my payment for a year and a half... since December 2019! Show postponed in both 2020 and 2021 due to Covid, but they still won't refund me as the event has supposedly not been canceled. However, no rescheduled event date on the horizon at Mohegan Sun. I ordered 4 tickets for 4 elderly adults. None of us, due to recently arising health issues, will likely attend the event, whenever, if ever, it is held. I want a refund before I die!
Bought tickets, never received them. Called and the incompetent $#*! hole on the phone couldn't have been less of a help. Simply avoided all my questions. Piece of $#*!ing $#*! website and everybody involved should be imprisoned. Bunch of low life cucks
I bought tickets to a concert in Redrock Amphitheater near Denver. My cost was over double the face value of the ticket, with their markup, and two additional fees they applied. I traveled 1500 miles to get there and was notified two days before the concert that it was cancelled. When I contacted them about a refund, no way it was my problem. I could come back in a month and maybe it would be reschedule then.
No help, no refunds. You lose. What a BS outfit. Stay away, far away. Scammers. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Colorado AG.
