Recently bought a tv from here. At first I was concerned due to some mixed reviews, spoke to the guy on the phone about this, as I was paying out a lot of money. He reassured me and advised I used my credit card if I was still concerned. I did anyway as it is a lot. But I received emails of when it was to be delivered and the guy set it up for me. Which I think is a bonus... don't see why people are mining about this. But overall great service and great tv

I bought a TV from this company and after doing some research on a new tv I came across this site. I do not understand the reviews as my experience was really good. My TV is still running fine and I did not have any issues what so ever. 5 star from me.

We bought the Samsung qe65q8c - we saved £500 compared to currys and the tv was brand new. Delivered in 3 days from order - could not be happier. I have not stopped talking about this to all my mates in work. Thank you - will definitely buy again from these guys.

I was a little concerned about spending such a large amount of money with a business I didn't know much about. Big companies such as curry's do give that bit of reassurance. However I considered the savings and protection provided by a credit card purchase and decided to take the chance. My reward was a fabulous TV at a great price delivered quicker than expected. I would buy again from them.

I really do not understand the reviews - I bought the tv from the website, received a message when it would be delivered. When the driver arrived he took it out the box and showed me it working and I signed to say I was happy with the tv. He even put it all together for me on the stand and put it on my corner unit. Great service - very nice person. Tv is beautiful and works perfect. Over all 5 *******

Was unsure about reviews but everything turned out great.

Brand new tv as promised - delivered on time and was unpacked and tested.

Everything was brand new unopened.

Paid £3099 and the next best price was £3999 online. Saved £900

Will buy again in few months for bedrooms.

I find the negative comments on here hard to believe as I found this company to be excellent and far more customer focused that the big stores. Great communication and the advisor could not have been more helpful. The tv is superb and cost almost £900 cheaper than Currys "Sale" price.
Delivered as stated with wall bracket - which was a late change of mind - which they were fine about and sent both!
Will happily buy my next tv from here and certainly advise family and friends to go here first before anywhere else. Ps sony 4k rocks

I ordered a 78" ks9000 from my smart TVs and was completely satisfied with the service. The Online Ordering service was very quick and easy. The television was due to be delivered on the 18th august. I got a text message to say the television would be there between 9am and 9.30am and it arrived and the helpful man sean set it up and made sure everything was ok before he left. No issues with service, tv or manor. Would recommend my start TVs to anyone.

I was going from store to store looking for a TV. When I found the one I wanted I did a quick check on the Internet to see if it was cheaper anywhere else. My Smarts TVs had it a full £300 cheaper! Now I'm not a complete mug so I did a bit of research, make sure it's legit, all clear! Placed my order and 4 days later I had my new TV, the boy even brought it up the flight of stairs to the flat.

Hi - we bought 43 Samsung tv - beautiful little tv and fantastic picture - first time buying Samsung. Arrived within 4 days and was setup for me! Now looking for another for the daughters bedroom - 5 star from us.

We bought the Samsung 478" £4699 - UE78KS9500 - £1200 Cheaper than Currys!

Obviously we had our concerns - however the TV turn up on a pallet. Driver was brilliant.

We were kept up to date from start to finish.

TV was brand new and so were all the accessories. The TV did not have a mark on it!. Pristine.

We will be buying more from this company in the near future as we need 5 more TVs for our bedrooms.

What can I say? Dont normally wrtite these - burt after seeing some reviews i thought its only fair i give my experience. Our samsung TV arrived safely and was delivered into our front room - the delivery men simply did what they called "blue screen test" which was to power on and make sure the screen was not damaged in transit which I thought was good. Saves any arguments later! They called me an hour before as I told MST that i would be at work that day so everything went to plan. The second tv did have a crack - spoke to mst via live chat and they told me to send it back with the courier in which i did. They sent me a replacement the following week when the courier was back in our area and they delivered after 5pm as I could not get away from work on that day. Cant fault them at all. Thumbs up from me.

Reading the reviews I was unsure however I run my own business and I know bad news travels faster than good.

Massive saving.

The TV arrived on time and was brand new! Driver was very helpful due to the size and everything went as planned.

Every company has problems - I would rather spend my money with a family business than the big retailers!

I have had nothing but praise for this company and their owner. They delivered my TV at 8pm at night as I could not get any time off work. They unpacked everything and switched it on for me to inspect.

I do not understand these people and their reviews - You have an opportunity to check and inspect when the TV arrives - so if the TV was as bad as they stated then why would they accept the goods? Something fishy about these 1 star reviews.

Anyway - my TV is perfectly fine and as described - I have had nothing but a great experience.

I read a load of reviews on these guys and was pretty nervous as I was spending over £4k on a 78 inch Samsung, but their price was compelling. I engaged with them via chat/email and over several emails became assured that they understood my concerns and were prepared to reassure me and make things work. Its only a small business from what I can gather, but the hands on nature of Sean who owns and runs it was excellent and he was true to his word throughout, even coming out with the courier to delivery my TV in person. He promised to stay close to my order and he did, there was one hiccup, he called me, explained and fixed it within a day which I think was fair enough. If you are after a mass market, call centre, 24 hour manned service and happy to pay for the privilege, go to Dixons, if you want a great price and to support a smaller, hands on family business, give these guys a go! The price was superb, they are very open as to why they are cheaper and unless you need an amazon like next day delivery, they are spot on. I've read all of the comments on them and don't blame them for some rebuffing some of the spurious compensation culture complaints that are all too common these days, I thought they were excellent, engaged, personal, friendly and delivered so would def recommend them.

We had such a positive experience at mysmarttvs. We bought the UE55KS9000 Samsung 4k Ultra HD TV.

£1399 - £200 cheaper than anyone else.

Tv arrive and was in perfect condition. We went for the free wall bracket offer which is excellent.

TV arrived on a wooden pallet and we were told it was fully insured. Driver was great - helped me take it in doors.

All in all - excellent TV at an amazing price - service was fantastic.

I purchased the Samsung UE65JS9000 Curved TV.
I needed help setting up the magic remote as I couldn't get it paired initially.
Sean contacted me personally and was absolutely great. Pointing out every aspect, my rights under warranty, everything. Just amazing people and can't do enough to help.

Smart TV, s had run out of stock of the tv I wanted, however when I gave them the model number they quickly located More stock, and it was delivered the very next day, at a price far cheaper than the leading competitors!
