This has got to be one of the worst RuneScape websites in the industry. Do not even bother trying to reach the customer service. They are rude, unhelpful, and most of the time, they don't even answer your chat requests. For me, they deliberately ignored my emails and my chat requests.
Why even bother with a site that doesn't even have prices that are all that cheap and has absolutely horrendous customer support? Don't. Stay away from this website.
'Sold' my account to them a month ago, still haven't received my money. When I ask them about it, they either don't respond or copy/paste a message 'we have forwarded your message to the billing departement (.)'.
Strongly disrecommend doing deals from here.
I bought an item from this site and they are not giving me my item, i ordered it over two weeks ago and are deliberatley not responding to my emails. Finally, they have a review box and i submitted a negative review and the next day i re-visited the site and the negative review had been removed. SHOCKING!
I ordered some money from this website on a Friday. Got the confirmation mail directly. Then it all went a bit slower. After 3 days of no contact I started to write to them on the live support which works fine. Just remember to think about which time zone you are in cuse these people are in China. So I, for example (UK time) had to get up quiet early to reach them on live support. But when I finally reached them it worked fine. Only after 10 minutes I had my money!
Conlusion: These people might be a bit slow but there is a 99.999% chance that you will get what you have ordered, so I am satishfied with this site and will order from them again. I strongly reccommend to "attack" them through live support if nothing happens.
I made a purchase of 11M with this website and i started a chat and i messaged saying howlong will it take to receive my money and they replied we cannon give you your money now due to we have none in stock wait 2-3 hours and we will message you in game and shortly after i asked what if i do not receive a message in game then the person i was talking to left the chat
I placed an order for 25m gold, paid good money for it, they told me to check back in 1-2 hours, then 3-5 hours, finally i told them to refund me and no response. This site is terrible and DO NOT GO HERE!
