Ordered the Azuki doll from this site. The one positive is that the dill arrived in about 2 and a half weeks. The doll I received looked nothing like the doll I ordered. I can understand a slight difference but everything from face to nipple color was completely different. The vaginal hole, there is no oral or anal hole as stated, is just uncomfortable. I will not waste my money with this site again and will be going to a better place in the future.

Buyer beware. My doll purchase was supposed to include gel breasts and implanted hair which it didn't. Then, instead of fulfilling their return policy, after the factory agreed to ship a new doll for free, I was told I had two choices: I could wait for a replacement doll or ship it back at my own cost for a refund. The new doll was not shipped for months, and only was expected after what I understood to be the deadline for disputing the transaction on my credit card, which I did, only to then receive a partial $1000 refund in the end from myRealDolls. This was a big waste of time and money, and the customer service rep lied several times, but did admit that the online ordering process should be improved. Apparently certain upgrades are not able to be purchased with the specific doll I was wanting because the upgrades conflicted with what was actually possible to be produced. Their dispute response to the credit card company accused me of attempting fraud. Ridiculous.

This was my first experience with purchasing this type of doll, though I have now purchased three dolls in total from three separate sites. Bobbie was everything I had hoped for: looked as represented, was very high quality and arrived in perfect condition. Myrealdolls.com was nice to work with and answered my questions. My experience with all of the sites is that they don't have much control over delivery dates; the dolls come from China; so people should be prepared for occasional disappointment with that sort of communication. I use my dolls for display rather than sex, due to age-related equipment failure. But my eyes and fingers and mind all work just fine and I have to say that these dolls look and feel better than I could have hoped. Myrealdolls.com delivered on its promises to me. Spend some money while you're young enough to enjoy something this nice.

As a first time buyer of these dolls I was a bit skeptical on the right sites to buy from seeing there are so many and some are yes fake.

So after a bit of research on sites and reading reviews from other buyers I selected Myrealdolls and am so glad I did. They are very helpful and answered all my questions when I had one to ask and never thought differently of me for buying one of these dolls.

The ordering was very smooth and efficient with many different choices to fully customize my doll from her skin color, eyes, breasts and yes the color of "down there".

I placed my order for my girl on the 17th, it was fulfilled and shipped on the 20th then she came home on the 25th even with these times we are in due to Covid I was amazed how fast it all happened as was expecting to not get her until at least December.

As someone new to buying these dolls I also found their prices quite reasonable not too cheap and not too expensive.

If I ever decide to add another I will definitely buy from them again.

Saya came home 2 weeks early. My wife is the one who convinced me into purchasing Saya. Her idea of adding some adventure in the bedroom. Think she was more excited than I opening the box. Have to say wow great addition to our play time. Little heavy but over time will get easier to adjust and enjoy. Will be looking to purchase again in the future. Have to get use to this one first.
