Misha (the sales person) for the company said that the pictures were from the actual bag, but it was not what they sent. I would copy their current return policy. Keep receipts of your purchase. If they don't send you a receipt by email, immediately call your bank to cancel the purchase. If you return the item, take a picture of it, and get a tracking number to show that they received it. Worse case scenario. Here is a blog from sitejabber on getting your money back. Be careful. Sometimes companies try to keep you waiting, so it is too late to get a chargeback. Also, sitejabber gives good advice on which credit card companies will give you your money back. If the company uses paypal, don't trust it. Paypal is a great way for companies to scam you.
