I ordered three canvas' at their $10 deal. I was very impressed with the prints both in quality of materials and color. It does take a long time to get them but they did disclose that to me. They promised in 26 days and they met their promise. I am sorry others have had bad experiences. I plan to order more for Christmas presents. I will be ordering them Nov. 1 to make sure there is enough processing and shipping time for them. Happy In Independence, MO

The customer service, when they responded were some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with! Just so RUDE! AND these people still advertise? How is this possible?

It is clear they were running a scam. Advertise great deals, everywhere, send emails offering great deals, take the money... and run.
They offered lame excuses for delays, forever and now I've received notice they filed every customer's name in their chapter 11 Bankruptcy filing...

DO NOT USE this company! I placed an order on April 28,2016 and am still waiting for it. Their excuse is that the have had some production issues and are working hard to resolve them! What a bunch of horse sh*t. They refuse to provide refunds only credits (Mypix2.com you suck why would I want a credit?)
Seriously, save yourself a huge hassle and use someone else.
Sadly Groupon continues to sell their product.
This company apparently can't keep up with the demand. I have been waiting on my order for 57 business days and still no canvas. I have contacted them 3 times and each time I get the same response due to high volume of orders they are behind. Today I asked to cancel they said I couldn't since it had been printed. Ridiculous! Do not waste your money no matter how good the deal looks.
I've requested a refund due to my order still processing when I purchased 3/14 it's almost June. Chatting with them is a joke same response unexpected delays. Will let you know they say but they can email me daily with deals they are offering. Insane! I was told they won't give me a refund just a store credit. Are they kidding me why would I ever try and order from them again. I've contacted Groupon in hopes to somehow get my money back. Worst business ever!
MyPix2 is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. They advised it would take longer than the 10-15 days for a normal process, stating it would take 5 weeks. Despite repeated complaints (you can't speak with anyone, just get a canned response to your complaint), it has take 11 weeks! And they keep trying to discount their product when they can't even process their existing customers. THE WORST!
I'm still waiting for my canvases, so I can't review the quality. The estimate for my order was 5 weeks. After waiting 8 weeks, I contacted customer service and asked if they could tell me how much longer it would be. I was told processing time was 60 business days... that's 12 weeks! That is more than DOUBLE what I was told when I placed my order. I will NEVER use this company again and would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone, even if the canvases turn out wonderful.
I finally broke down and submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after three months of no movement on my order and ridiculous replies to emails requesting an update. Well, now MyPix2 won't give me any answer other than "your order and complaint will be handled through your BBB complaint". So... I think I can kiss my 2 canvases and the $40+ good bye! I'll reorder from Canvas People or Canvas on Demand. Chances are they will be on my wall by next week!
I ordered a canvas February 23rd. It's May 20 and I still do not have my purchase. They give you the same answer that they had "production issues". They won't send my product and they won't give me a refund. Everyday I get their e mail blast where they continue to advertise for more suckers like me to place more orders. I am reporting them to the BBB. They now do not have a phone so you can only e mail or live "chat". This company is really really bad.
I placed two orders with them in December 2015. Things went well and I was happy with the final product. I placed another order on 1/31/16 and it still has not shipped. I can't get anyone in customer service to confirm a shipping date. My negative reviews on their Facebook page are removed. I was told in an e-mail on Friday, 3/11, that they would get back to me with a shipping date. There has been no further communication. I am livid.
Placed my order in may have emailed several times concerning my order it is now September was told i could not get a refund for an expensive canvas i ordered. The customer service chat i had today told me my order should be shipped with in the next two months. Seriously by the time I get this family portrait there will be another member of the family here already. Would not even give them one star. Negative 100 is my review save your time and money do not order from here.
Ordered September 3,2016, and never received anything. They don't even reply to emails any more. I used a Coke code and just paid shipping. So these crooks have robbed me and CocaCola! Stay clear of these fools!
Never used their service before, so I decided to start with something simple. An 8x10 canvas print. It was supposed to be a gift. Order placed and confirmation email received same day, April 15 2016. I've contacted them twice and received a very generic response both times stating a back log due to promotions. It's been long enough that I have forgotten about the order a few times only to go through my email and become more frustrated when seeing their response. If you are even remotely thinking of using this company, please do not.
Absolutely awful. Used Zulily vouchers on feb 18,2016. They just shipped April 9 after tons of back and forth with the company. Doubtful that the quality will be any good after this experience

Order a canvas on 3/6/16, it's now 5/18/16 and I've yet to receive my order. They've charged my credit card and not once have the reached out to me to tell me of a delay. I've "chatted" with them about three times and each time the expected order delivery has been extended. It's been 10 weeks and they cannot even tell me when I should get it. Meanwhile I keep getting junk advertising from them. NEVER AGAIN!
Place order on 5-9-16 still waiting. Used groupon wish they would vet companies better. First the say 10 days the 45 due to new process, then they say not counting weekends or holidays so 2 months. But still no product. Hopefully groupon will refund my money or my credit card will get it back. Advise try another company
See BBB file. If you haven't received your order you have to get in line with all the creditors. They shouldn't be allowed to keep taking peoples money.
I placed an order with them 3/14/16. I ordered 4 canvases. I understand that might take a while, but almost 5 months?! No way. Like many of you, my order status is still on stage 1. Has anyone ever received any thing from them?
I ordered a canvas from them on June 18,2016 for my friends anniversary. After six weeks I contacted them and they said because of the high demand from groupon they were behind. I had to go and purchase another gift for my friend! Now they send me a shipping notice on October 31,2016! How ridiculous! Over 4 months to create and ship a canvas. I will never use them again!
I ordered on 3/5 and received it finally on 4/15... nice work but took forever. I will never order again. If you order from them be cautious of when you actually need it. Might wanna order 2-3 months ahead...
Horrible company. Do not use. You will never get anything for your money! Scammers! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have called Chase to dispute. I tried posting negative reviews ont heir facebook, but they just deleted them and blocked me... This company should be SHUT DOWN! Save your money and go elsewhere!
My daughter and I ordered canvases 4 months ago and still have not received them! We have both contacted them multiple times and get the same generic response-"new stretching system for best results". When we have checked our order status, a couple of them have been "stretching" for 3 months or better and one status is still in the first step "processing"! Don't order from them!
I placed an order for canvases May 29,2016 for Father's Day gifts. They still have not arrived! I have emailed many times since then and keep getting the same rhetoric all the other posters have received. The first canvas was a purchase through Groupon. The order I have yet to receive was where I purchased vouchers and then ordered. Please save your money and frustration by not dealing with this company!
I ordered a canvas print for Christmas for a family member. It took over 2 weeks to get to me and once it did there was a giant crease right down the middle of the canvas. I couldn't believe that sent it to me like that. I called and left messages, emailed the company asking for someone to call me back because I needed another copy. I never heard back via email or phone from them. I will not be recommending this company to anyone or using them again. Very bad customer service!
