The thief who ran this scam, has filed bankruptcy.
You should get your letter from the bankruptcy court, soon, if you haven't already.

Hi Staff: I ordered two 8x10 canvas pics on June 3, 2016 and have yet to receive them. Order #293469 and I used voucher #'s: XK5OXZXD6KCUBJA7 and S7HTIYJLQTZUHOWO. Any idea when we will receive these? Really wanted to have them hanging on the wall before Christmas. (By the way, did receive the free 8x10 that was my gift for the last order that was over 5 months old and rec'd that in only two month) why does this continue to take so long??? I really want to take advantage of your awesome offers, but the lead time is really so long. Your quality is great, but to wait almost six months and still no canvas it a bit crazy.
