Purchased a $50 gift card for Steak & Shake, but the card I received only had $33.50 on it before I even spent anything. Customer service completely ignore me. Will not be using ever again until this gets fixed, and recommend everyone else avoid them.

Purchased a $50 gift card on their site, it was cancelled less than hour later due to "high fraud" even though my payment method was a card with all accurate, up to date information that I use daily. Even though they cancelled the order before it was even processed, I still got charged the money and now have to wait to receive a refund.
God forbid that was my last $50 and I didn't have a way to cover the charge before I got the refund. They could've caused overdraft fees or at the least, major inconvenience.
NEVER purchase from these scammers. For the one successful person and good review, I suspect there are 50 bad ones.

I ordered hundreds of dollars of "cards". There are no cards. These cannot be easily given as gifts. You get an email and no clear way to give these gifts to someone else. When you ask for help you are directed to set up another account on swagbucks. I don't know what that is, and don't trust it. Save yourself some trouble and buy gift cards at a physical store.

I've order cards off this site about 10 times now (always needed to get my centre square when playing Swago through Swagbucks). Never an issue and cards always seem to come within a week or so. These are the 7 gift cards I've purchased this year. I've been using this company for 4 years now.

I recently purchased over $1000 in egift cards to various companies in coordination with my upromise account. Somehow come into my inbox hours later others the following day. I purchased from Lowe's chipotle IHOP Domino's Wayfare and fruit bouquets. I have redeemed them online as well as in person and they have all worked. I have saved over $176 in conjunction with Upromise special running now. If you send them as gifts you have to make sure to click on the links open it up and hit the ‘send as gift' button otherwise the recipient will not be able to open it.

I purchased $100 gift card from my gift card plus and I've been a member of them for more than five years and never had a problem. Unfortunately the last four months I've received three bad gift cards to for Ebay and one for foot locker customer service took over 10 days to respond back to me I've made numerous phone calls. Although I've never had any problems with them in the past this time customer service dropped the ball I had to go to my Discover card to fight the charges because they refused to give me back my money for a gift card that did not work

I purchased 2 fifty dollar gift card from this site. It has been over 10 days and neither code is valid. You cannot email, you just get a generic "thank you for updating this ticket' and on the call all they tell you is "we're investigating' won't transfer you, nothing, it's a call center. The emails they do send are full of typos and my guess is they are selling gift acrds they actually don't have the money to pay for. I have $100 hanging out there and no gift cards. Total fraudulent website. Please save yourself the hassle and do not purchase from this disgusting pathetic website

I recently purchased a gift card and my reward points didn't go where they have always gone. It was until further examination I noticed they changed my rewards choice. I didn't make this change and when I tried to reach out for help (4 times), to find out why and to see if they would move my rewards back to where they have always gone, no one will respond. So if you use them for the rewards watch because they will change it when they feel like it and ignore you when you seek help.

I have attempted to purchase gift cards thru this site 2ce now, both times they have cancelled my order due to high fraud. UUMM when the credit card Im using is in MY name, with MY address, its not high fraud. I think they need to remove said monkeys off their payroll and get people in there that know what they are doing. They have now frozen hundreds of dollars of mine for days, until they decide to release it back to the CC. I am so livid with this site right now

We purchased an ace gift card from the site 2/27/21 and they sent us a link to retrieve it when we want to use it. However, the link sends us to VC Delivery site, with an error code. We have tried all suggested remedies, but site comes up as error. So we searched the web and this site is always down. We sent a message to customer support and they said it will be 3 to 4 days to respond and have not heard back. The 3 to 4 days response time tells you this site is a Sham. Do not waist your money.

Ordered $150 of gift cards - confirmation email stated I should receive the physical cards in 14 business days. 25 business days have transpired. Tried to call them on two occasions and recording stated there was no one available to take my call. I worry I have been scammed. I have notified my credit card company.

I ordered a gift card for a birthday for 12/7. It took several days for me to be notified that my request had been canceled. My gift was now late to the recipient. I reordered it and it took several more days, with no response! I contacted them and was told that I was being mailed a confirmation so that the card would be processed. If I wanted to work with snail mail or go out of my way, I would have just purchased the damn thing from the store!

It is now 12/28 and the recipient still hasn't been able to get everything to work. I will never purchase another gift card from this site, even for the Swagbucks!

I purchased an AMC Gift Card ($50) on April 24,2019. Tried using on May 5th and card had a $0 balance. Contacted customer service and they said the card was used for a location in Dallas, TX. I live in Murfreesboro, TN, hundreds of miles away. When I explained this to them, they said card was purchased with an IP address in Dallas. Like really?! They are scamming their way to getting people's money. I already put a claim with my credit card and getting my money back.

I was scared when I read the reviews here, so I used my Adidas gift card the morning after I bought it, which I received 2 hours after I bought it. Then I got immediate confirmation once I used the gift card that I earned 250 SB for my gift card.

As a return customer I have purchased literally dozens of Gift Cards from MyGiftCardsPlus and never had a problem. If you are a member of SwagBucks there is no easier way to earn major SwagBucks towards more Gift Cards Rewards from them. If you are into online deals you'll want to watch for the various promotions run on SwagBucks where you can get 20% and more back in rewards for purchasing Gift Cards from MyGCP!

Have been waiting 2 weeks now and still have not received my e-gift card even after trying to get in contact several times.
