“I ordered a pair of soccer shoes for my son”

I ordered a pair of soccer shoes for my son. I ordered size 8 1/2 and they sent size 10. When I asked to return them they said no, that it was my fault, that I ordered the wrong size. I don't know. I might have screwed up so I offered to pay to ship the wrong shoes back, pay to ship the correct shoes to me and pay a restocking fee. They still refused. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
