I placed my order on 3/1 and still have not received it. I received an order confirmation email but nothing about shipping and no customer service response. I ordered based on raving YouTube reviews, but clearly the company seems to be trending downhill as all reviews from the past few months are citing the same problem. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company as they seem completely unreliable and untrustworthy and I do not know if I will ever even receive the >$200 product.

The product is fantastic! I ordered for my wedding but will definitely be using them for every occasion!
Theyre so easy to use too and feel like they really will stay in tight all day.
BUT It took my order 3 days to be processed and then 3 more to be shipped, which is more than the 1-3 day shipping I selected. Thats my pet peeve.
They arrived quickly, so I was pleased with that. The quality is nice, sections are a little bit thin but easy to work with. The color combined perfectly with my hair color. I would recommend!
I sent back the extensions so I could get the natural ends instead. My tracking number confirmed that my extensions were delivered but I have not received a email yet with my new tracking number.
I really liked the hair I received. I got it in a short amount of time, and I I got the expected order. The hair is silky and I'm excited to see how long it lasts.

Hair is a blunt cut which makes it awkward when firing in the extensions. Other than that very pleased with my purchase
