Order came when expected and looks really clean! Weighed out to 20.1lbs. Can't wait to PC and innoculate my own jars! Reviews here and on sitejabber had me worried so I only put a small order in, but now I know they're legit I will be ordering more supplies. Price on mycolabs was better than anywhere else I saw as well for organic rye berries, which my local fermentation store didn't even carry.

I place a $144 order on August 30. Today is September 30 and I haven't received my order. I've reached. Out to customer support several times. Crickets. I've tried to used their online chat feature but no one is ever online to provide support. Because of the nature of the business, payment is through e-Transfer which means if they don't deliver my money, there's nothing I can do. I placed an order through Shroom Bros and it arrived in 3 days. Will not be buying from Mycolabs again.

Do not buy from them. When there is a problem you will not matter any more.
There a rip off. When i had a problem they did not care at all.
If you use then buyer beware.

The support was more the happy to answer my dosage questions and ordering was a breeze. The package showed up in the mail 4 days later and was very happy with the results from the product.
