My Choice Software

We ordered MS office in so called retail box, however when received found in the box is the key only without the original software.
We ended up of downloading software which should be much less expensive.
When called to customer service for refund but have been refused due to open box.

I was in the market for a new version of Microsoft Office. The site's comparison tool made it really easy to make the best choice for my needs. The purchase process was quick and easy, and I had downloaded my new Office suite within 15 minutes.

My one suggestion would be to add the base price for each software package to the comparison grid for improved transparency. Otherwise, a perfect experience! Thanks!

I needed a replacement copy for my Office 2013 because I lost the key. The process worked so well! I saved money and the software was downloaded direct from Microsoft, so I had no doubts about its authenticity. Installation was easy, following directions exactly. (I have saved the key!) I purchased MS Office Professional 2019 this past weekend. The download was pretty easy until it was time for the product key. The product key did not work. I spoke with Allan, and he fixed the problem. The software is activated and I am ready to go! Great price with the 9% coupon:-)

MyChoiceSoftware sales rep was either an idiot or dishonest since he directed me to the wrong software. Unfortunately, I already activated the key code so MyChoice would not refund or exchange the product. Instead they offered a 5% discount towards the purchase of the correct software. I already paid $ 129.00 now the want me to spend another $ 160.00. Buyer beware!

Just purchased this product. Download file went to an unusual spot in my email (Gmail). I called to get help. The rep immediately identified the issue, showed me where to find the email. Download was smooth and simple. Instructions were easy to follow. Tested the product and it works great. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Downloading went good but does need improvement. The indicator that the program was still active and downloading needs improving as the words indicated "... we will be done shortly" was far from shortly. The line indicator looked as if the downloading was frozen and went on for much more than "shortly". Maybe an hour glass would be more appropriate?

My level of knowledge when it comes to technology is intermediate, but when it comes to installs I'm a beginner. However from the moment I downloaded this product to the very end when I had to restart my computer all the details were there for me, no guess work.

The steps were easy to follow and everything was clear. I'm pleased.

I had a couple of questions before I placed my order and called the customer service hotline. The representative I spoke with was polite and helpful.

As for the actual placing of the order, it went pretty well. The only annoying part was that for some reason I could not have my software purchase authorized online and had to do it by telephone.
