My Choice Software

Needed to update to a newer version of Office. This was easy process to follow. The chat person answered my questions so I understood the process and could access my product.

Wanted to purchase some older MS Office software that MS no longer wants to sell themselves and searched online to find MyChoiceSoftware as a potential source... hadn't ever heard of them and didn't want to buy any boot-legged software. I'm glad my due diligence paid off cuz they are 100% legit! Then... right after purchasing I noticed there hours of operation were from 8AM to 5PM Mon-Fri and here it was 5:03PM... so sadly I thought I would have to wait till tomorrow... but much to my surprise approx 4 Hrs later I had my Activation Key and download link! Certainly well within the promised 24hrs promised. I am pleased they are a legit organization and very pleased at their after hours customer service! If I have a software need in the future I won't hesitate to purchase from MyChoiceSoftware! Wade_M.

I'm always apprehensive about purchasing from an unknown source online. However, I decided to take a chance with MyChoiceSoftware. I have been looking for a deal on Microsoft Office 2010 Professional and I found one at MyChoiceSoftware. I took the plunge and purchased it online on Thanksgiving day. I should have read the fine print because the site did say that it will be processed on the next business day that is not a holiday. I waited until the following Monday and found the promised Email with the software key and the download link. With my DSL connection, it took about 45 minutes (which isn't bad considering the file size). Installation was a breeze. There was a momentary panic when the screen showed that the key have been previously been used. I then chose the "phone line activation" route as shown on the screen and I was given an activation code that worked! I am very very satisfied. I would purchase from MyChoiceSoftware again! FYI - I'm an IT professional so going through the "phone line activation" was not an issue. Just follow the computer voice on the phone and there shouldn't be any problem.

My recent purchase of Microsoft Office from MyChoice Software was instructive for persistence with an installation. My installation of the software was hung up with entering my Microsoft account. What I thought was my username and password for the Microsoft account would not work and after a call first to MyChoice, then Microsoft customer support, I called MyChoice again. This time the agent simply advised to reregistermy Microsoft account, which proceeded smoothly and my software was easily installed.

I was surprised to learn that the activation code showed that it'd already been utilized as many times as was allowed. After several calls and emails I was finally able to get the product activated.
