My check free does not receive notice from entities they represent, such as banks they submit payments too. If they are the processing agent for a consumer bank, in my case PNC, they do not get notice the loan has been paid off. This results in payments continuing to be withdrawn. When you find this out from your bank statement, you have to contact them for reimbursement. They will tell you it has to come from the bank, who will again refer you back to MycheckFree.com. They say the process takes 10-12 days. Which is fine, unless you need the money. If it was someone living payday to payday it would be devastating. Stay away. Use other resources. These folks do not run a responsible business.
