Took my $1500 USD with the promise of getting my money back and possibly more. I had lost about $******* USD to a scam trading site they assured me they had dealt with before. Took them 4 months to get documentation because they kept asking for the same stuff I kept sending them. Then they had me submit a Police report. Then they ghosted me and do not reply to emails. Do not trust them!

The same day we sent you an email in which we explained that you have to submit our report directly to your local police (for the simple reason that only you can file a criminal complaint in your name -- we have no power of attorney for that purpose). We also mentioned in that email that we are available and ready to communicate directly with your local police officer to ensure that he knows what he now has to do to pursue your crypto, and, in fact, emailed him on March 10 and again on March 25. Thus far we have not received his response.
