Xfinity has been sending me a bill for $157 for a mobile telephone. They sent me a phone and I returned it and have submitted copies of the receipt for the phone. The telephone was never activated it. XFinity has now submitted my "debt" to a credit collection service. (Return receipt # CB**************C0011, 9/28/22)
