Not an equal opportunity employer in my opinion

They are not an equal opportunity in my opinion, after I was interviewed this was the email I received stating that I have all the qualifications but I still was not selected, Also the position is still open and now they are currently offering a sign on bonus for 7500 dollars because they need people so badly. I can't help but to think I did not receive the job because I am a black female. I try not to think that way but the proof seems to be evident.
