I needed two large diameter (5" and 5 1/2") diamond hole saws and Mutual Screw had them in a brand I respect. The saws arrived in good shape and are exactly what I had hoped for. It would be helpful if Mutual Screw could provide shipping and tracking information.

I ordered the same brand and model number that I did last time for the sawzall blades. The 2 boxes of 50 that I received this time are much skinnier. I ordered BTR*******-50, but received BT*******-50. The invoice says the BTR were ordered. The ones received are not near as sturdy and may go bad quickly. I have not called customer service yet to send them back.

Although my order was simple, it was fulfilled in a quick and accurate manner. The parts I ordered were delivered half the country away in several days. I plan to order other item(s) in the future.

I ordered on 5/11 and received 5/16. That was pretty fast, items were in good condition. That's all I could ask for.

The purchase was simple & I prefer this brand of tape/putty knife. I found it tougher than the others that I've used. Thank you.

I was looking for a wood screw that had threads all the way to the head. The picture looked like it was going to but when I received them they were not what i expected. When I talked to the person about the screws they mentioned the finish would be different than the finish I received.

PURCHASED A 2.000-20 2A DIE TO REPAIR AN ALUMINUM PART WHICH DID NOT WORK, ONLY MADE THE THREAD LOOK WORSE. DIE WOULD ONLY THREAD ON ONE WAY.

Good selection and order confirmation was quick. I wasn't made aware that the order was coming in two shipments however, so when I only received one box with no indication that the rest was days behind, I was a bit concerned and replied to the email one of the reps sent me confirming the order. I got no response, but did get the package a couple of days later. I have a feeling the 'Jim' might be an automated response.

2 of the 6 items that I ordered was shipped incomplete. Should have received (20) micro drill bits in each index but they were missing a bit in two of the index's.

I searched all of the packaging but they are definitely not in there.

Good, site was easy to research. Disappointed at not being able to get disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer. I would like to know when you get more stock.

Small issue with the tracking number, was corrected immediately. Shipping was fast and packaged extremely well. Communication from Mutual Screw was top notch. Very satisfied customer.

Everything is good but I'm waiting to find out if I can get a return label to send my order back to exchange for an xl size belt?

Excellent products, just would like to get a tracking number when the product ships. Otherwise everything is great! Only buy my screws from them!

Contacted company with a part number question via email, did not hear back so after a couple of days I just called to get my question resolved. Ordered the part and received without any problems.

Ordered wrong product , but Mutual screw took care of this and have the right product coming. No problem returning the wrong product. Thanks for the professionalism!

Drill bit was great and fairly cheap but as I live in Canada it cost me over 100 dollars to get it thru customs. Great prices but I can afford the import so I probably won't be buying any more from here.

First time ordering. We received the wrong material but the correct material was shipped in an appropriate time.

first small order. Selected company based on price. Order was received in a few days, in good condition.

I ordered a 6' Starrett Mahogany Level. The level has wood chipped out of the on corner. Sales Department has done a great job responding. However I am still awaiting a RMA from your Returns Department. A return shouldn't have to take this long.

Also, I received a tracking number for the shipment the day the product arrived. A tracking number should be provided the moment it ships, not after the fact.

The package sat in our shipping department for several days because it was not addressed to the person that made the order. It was addressed to someone at mutual screw.

Experience was OK, it took some digging to find the item I needed, once item was found it was easy to order on-line

1st time buyer. One of the screw sizes is USA and the other is "Taiwan" (written on the box). One of the taps' are USA and the other taps' I cannot tell. Appearance, all items look to be of good quality. Service, fantastic! Thanks for the email follow-up. Price of the products is not an issue. As per my scale all items and packaging does not exceed 6oz; so I did not expect $16.80 of a $92.99 order to be for shipping. USPS Priority (If it fits it ships) is $7.14 for my shipping zone, I know you receive mail. Summary: Will I order from Mutualscrew again and recommend to others, absolutely. Nothing here will break the bank however over the course of the year shipping cost does add up and makes it difficult for the little guy to recover such cost. I'm sure this info can be turned into a "Mutual" win win for everyone.
