I think that shipping small orders by USPS Priority Mail is a good thing. It's too bad that I was still charged the UPS Ground rate.

1st time buyer. One of the screw sizes is USA and the other is "Taiwan" (written on the box). One of the taps' are USA and the other taps' I cannot tell. Appearance, all items look to be of good quality. Service, fantastic! Thanks for the email follow-up. Price of the products is not an issue. As per my scale all items and packaging does not exceed 6oz; so I did not expect $16.80 of a $92.99 order to be for shipping. USPS Priority (If it fits it ships) is $7.14 for my shipping zone, I know you receive mail. Summary: Will I order from Mutualscrew again and recommend to others, absolutely. Nothing here will break the bank however over the course of the year shipping cost does add up and makes it difficult for the little guy to recover such cost. I'm sure this info can be turned into a "Mutual" win win for everyone.
