I needed two large diameter (5" and 5 1/2") diamond hole saws and Mutual Screw had them in a brand I respect. The saws arrived in good shape and are exactly what I had hoped for. It would be helpful if Mutual Screw could provide shipping and tracking information.

Although my order was simple, it was fulfilled in a quick and accurate manner. The parts I ordered were delivered half the country away in several days. I plan to order other item(s) in the future.

The purchase was simple & I prefer this brand of tape/putty knife. I found it tougher than the others that I've used. Thank you.

Good selection and order confirmation was quick. I wasn't made aware that the order was coming in two shipments however, so when I only received one box with no indication that the rest was days behind, I was a bit concerned and replied to the email one of the reps sent me confirming the order. I got no response, but did get the package a couple of days later. I have a feeling the 'Jim' might be an automated response.

Small issue with the tracking number, was corrected immediately. Shipping was fast and packaged extremely well. Communication from Mutual Screw was top notch. Very satisfied customer.

Good, site was easy to research. Disappointed at not being able to get disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer. I would like to know when you get more stock.

Everything is good but I'm waiting to find out if I can get a return label to send my order back to exchange for an xl size belt?

Excellent products, just would like to get a tracking number when the product ships. Otherwise everything is great! Only buy my screws from them!

Contacted company with a part number question via email, did not hear back so after a couple of days I just called to get my question resolved. Ordered the part and received without any problems.

i purchased this item but it did not give me an option to sign up for an account i would gladly like to make one.

It will be better if I can go back to the previous window to select another item when I hit the continue shopping button.

The item was on Back Order and took an extra week. They called right away and informed me and gave me the option to cancel. I was happy with the prompt customer service.

I'm glad I found the right sized drill bit on this website, but paying ten bucks shipping for a $7.15 drill bit is a bit upside down....

It was very difficult to find your nylon washers. When I asked for nylon washers, all I got was one selection for around $.29 each for the size I wanted rather than less than $.02 each for bulk lots I was expecting. Had to keep "punching buttons" to finally find the section. Once I got into the nylon washer section, I could not find any washers of that size that were expensive!

NICE SWITCH FOR POSTAGE 1ST CHARGE $12.95 THEN SWITCH TO $17.60 AT CHECK OUT. NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS.

Fairly easy site to use. Only disappointment is shipping cost but I realize that is beyond your control.

Product description and on line catalog was easy to follow. Ordering process was very easy. I appreciated the email follow up I received after the order. Overall, even though I never directly spoke to a person, I can tell they are very customer focused. I am very pleased with my experience with this group.

It would have been nice to know exactly how long the machine threaded portion vs. the wood threaded portion of the hanger screws are. I am kind of taking a chance with a $160 order that it will work.

when clicking add to cart brings you to the cart page, and then continue shopping does not bring you back the section you were in. its much easier to just add it to the cart and not be instantly brought to the cart page. that makes shopping much much easier.

tracking number wasn't on the order confirmation that was sent. Not a big issue, would have saved a phone call. package of washers opened during shipping. washers were everywhere, stuck to the glue and tape on the package.

first small order. Selected company based on price. Order was received in a few days, in good condition.

I ordered a 6' Starrett Mahogany Level. The level has wood chipped out of the on corner. Sales Department has done a great job responding. However I am still awaiting a RMA from your Returns Department. A return shouldn't have to take this long.

Also, I received a tracking number for the shipment the day the product arrived. A tracking number should be provided the moment it ships, not after the fact.
