This company deceived me! They told me that if I gave them everything I had, I would have twice as much as I already had. I believed them and gave them a chance, but all I received was blocked access to them—no text, no way to call—and that's when I realized I had been duped. I did request to withdraw earned 5020 satoshi 10days ago till date not credited my balance. I am really confused that the site is real or nat. I am not upgrade for this confusion. They really pay money to free users or not. Please anyone confirm me

I had my computer running for many days to mine bitcoin with MULTIMINER. When I reached 0.017 I tried to make a withdraw. A message said I had to pay a maintenance fee of 0.0005 or pay to upgrade from free to a paid contract to be able to make a withdraw. I am new to Bitcoin mining and buying so I decided to play it safe and just pay the 0.0005 to see how it turns out. Once I made the payment I sent them a message asking when I can make a withdraw. I never received a response so I sent two more and no response from those either. I just tried to make a withdraw again and it says I haven't paid any maintenance fee. I also noticed the address to sent the payments changed. Those idiots scam people. They get you to give them a little or a lot and then they ghost you. I wanted people to know my experience so people don't make the mistake I did.

I paid the $100 for the upgrade, ive mined lots of sat. Enough for my money back, the Sat's have disappeared no withdraws paid. I cannot verify my account. I enter the details, I wait weeks pending verify then back to the verify screen with no explanation or no replies to my emails. Total scam sight, play store should be ashamed letting us get ripped off in Broad daylight. Ive read loads of complaints with the same or similar problems. Please help us with at least a refund and remove the app so no one else gets mugged of there money. Please playstore remove the app and hold multimune to account. Refund us

Withdrawal doesn't work. When I withdraw, in the "financial transaction" it appears as "pending" and a few hours later, it doesn't show anything, it says "no operations to display"

I sent an email to them asking why I cant withdraw, stating that I ave multiple logins. I told them that I have not even register as I am an old user, I only put my bitcoin address and mining starts right away. They could not even explained and responded to my email saying that they don't need to explain and the recent response got is saying disgraceful language. I have all the email conversation we had with then and surely they are part of those who victimize people online and asking them to upgrade before you can withdraw.
I was warned before that this is another scheme of fooling people but I did not listen. I even invited several friends and I got more than 150+ referrals but in the end I have tested and proven that they are not to be trusted, tested and proven by me. Email threads are unethical and unprofessional.
Careful to those who will upgrade because you might end up loosing your money instead of gaining.

I have contacted them through support a lot of times already. Not even a single reply. I even paid the maintenance fees of 0.001 btc for my withdrawal of 0.01 btc to be processed. Paid on the 23rd of January 2018. Until now, nothing. No payout, no replies to my email. How much longer should i wait? I wanted to upgrade to a fish, but with this kind of attitude, i don't think so. Are they scam or not? Some say scam, some say they got paid. I hope i'll be paid too! I'll just wait and wait.
