. i was a loyal customer for 3 years and now all i have is less money because the order placed in may of 2014 has been ignored along with at least 40 emails asking where my order is.the discounts they are offering don't mean much if you aren't getting anything for your money.
I placed my order Dec 9th 2014, today is March 21st 2015 - the website shows order marked Awaiting Fulfillment with zero communication since money was drafted for payment. Have sent numerous emails & received no reply
I ordered 2 bottles of e juice from this site and it took about 3 months to receive them. I am not kidding, it was that long. Poor customer service as well since "Ms T" will not respond to any form of communication.
Oh, but as an apology, I did get a discount card towards "my next purchase". Pfft, I know taste is subjective, but the flavors were nothing to write home about.
