This hair arrived so quick after my purchase, I was very happy about that because I needed it as soon as possible. Let me just say I am very impressed with this hair. I purchased the 18 inch and the best part is the hair comes pre plucked and bleached knots which saved me so much time. The hair is so soft and works well with just water and conditioner. I have no regrets at all with this hair.

Spent $300 on the wig ever and it didn't stop there. The week was installed for ONE WEEK (pix upload is after a week) and it started to shed and met up as the company contacted me to find out how my experience was which I told them in addition to sending pictures they basically admit the hair could've dried out during shipping from China and I said put olive oil and conditioner on the way…. Crazy, right… bottom line is first they offered me $20 refund then 30 then 40 then fight me about shipping a already installed wig back at my expense to "China" when the return policy specifically states you can't return outside wig. I could go on about the horrible experience. Horrible experience will NEVER use these CROOKS again.

I ordered a 360 deep wave wig and omg it is horrible. The hair sheds so bad and it tangles and mats up like crazy. I use the best products and it still mats up. I emailed her to tell her about the shedding and other problems and she tells me to use a wide tooth comb and comb it while wet, well I was already doing that, as I told her, then she asks me did I dye the hair and I told her yes, but it clearly states on the website that the hair can be dyed and permed. I finally got tired of going back and forth with her and just told her that I would leave her a bad review. Now the wig is really thin and terrible looking. Most of the hair from the back is all gone because of the matting and me trying to untangle it. The hair comes out in big patches. I will never order from that company again

Everything natural shine, silky smooth soft. No shedding, no split ends, lace is soft melts right into any skintones you don't have to bleach knot. Anything you do to your hair you can do to this, bleach, color, use any hair tools and products. I highly recommend it.

Communication was great. This hair came in a correct time for my birthday. The hair is super super soft and the wig is thick. I love the lace and the curls, they are so beatiful. Definitely would order again!

I love the wave pattern & the length! Along with the wig comes two wig caps, a head wrap, eyelashes, and a nice silk storage bag. Loved the texture and the overall feel of the hair. Smell wasn't bad. So so soft.

The hair is extremely flowy and soft! The integrity of the water wave is great. The density of the hair was standard & the shedding was almost little to none. You will need to bleach the knots. I can comfortably say for the price point, length, & quality of the hair that its worth it.

I ordered two wigs from them on the 7/13. I later got a text from the company that I refused the wig according to Fedex. The wig was never delivered and Fedex updated the company. I been trying to reach them for my money and then never respond but to tell me it is coming. I don't want them now I just want my money back. Stay away from this company.

I would highly recommend this wig if your a beginner, easy to wear, hair are so soft, really good quality hair! It's worth the buy!

I ordered the two combos; a 10" straight and 12" curly from their website and when they arrived (thank God they did) the curly wig's mesh was torn and it was shorter than the size I requested for; both wigs had a very short mesh for baby hair and when I tried to return it they refused to pay for the shipping fee which was more than half of the wigs actual price...
