This was a part that we needed due to the equipment being down. Joe Kaminski was great to work with and got the part to me first thing the next morning. The price was also better than our regular vendor who did not have the part in stock. Overall a great experience.

The Altivar 56 is an outdated VFD. It made for a great and fast repair to be able to slip in an exact replacement. The terminal strips just unplugged from the existing unit and plugged right into the new one. No carefully removing, tagging, and replacing wires, wondering if you messed one up. I was also excited to hear the you do repairs. I am going to send you the one that I took out to be repaired and I will have another exact replacement sitting on the shelf.

We were happy to find the electrical drive we needed for our CNC machine in stock at MRO Electric.
The item was shipped out the same day and our machine was up and running the next day.

Delivery was delayed by a day but it turned out it was an issue with UPS, not MRO. When we contacted MRO they contacted a UPS rep and had everything sorted out. We're running now and appreciate the attention paid to our issue

MRO provided a quick order ship (after hours) due to our manufacturing needs...with an overnight/Saturday delivery. Parts installed on that day.

At first it was 50/50 kind of experience before going into the process but after the process started and the
goods did materialized with the delivery as promise, I would rate the current experience as 100% okay.

We have since purchase additional items.

I would continue to use the service and support given.

I had a part shipped overnight AM delivery All that was fine,,, But they shipped the wrong part. Apparently someone had labeled the part wrong. Causing me another day of down time, lost profits, wages and late shipments.
Your prices are fair, service is good and sales are friendly.

MRO had the Fanuc we needed at the best price we could find. It was on the shelf, tested, and shipped within a day. Once received we were able to get our equipment back up and running. I would do business with MRO again in a heart beat.
