I love my dog's new bed! It is pearl white and sort of adds a bit of luxury to my bedroom! Since my dog mainly uses our bed, she hasn't discovered her new fluffy bed but she will, in time. If not, I'm going to snuggle up in it!
This company is a fraudulent joke. The products they send are not as described. We ordered a "standard sized" tennis ball launcher. They sent a small toy "mini-ball" launcher; a choking danger to large dogs. When we tried to return for refund, they gave directions for return at our expense to CHINA! Isn't this a perfect disincentive for anyone trying to get a refund? We also ordered a dog bed that was such poor quality it should have been 1/2 the price, or less. Save your money! Shop elsewhere for quality and value.

Since writing the review below, I have received the product I ordered. It's not worth the £52 I paid for it, but it's decent enough quality. I'm just pleased I received it after waiting so long. Customer services eventually emailed me back and a few weeks later I received my order.
I wish I'd looked for reviews before I ordered, but I stupidly trusted the company. I now know I've been scammed and they have £60 of my money. Product never received. No response to queries. STAY AWAY from them.

The beds are not as pictured! The beds are of very poor quality and despite their claims, only 1/2 of my Golden's body actually fits on the XXL. Not my idea of comfort or stress relief. Beds of better quality and at a fraction of the price are available from other retailers.
Some of the worst customer service received, feeling as though I'm being forced to keep/pay for these items.
I had ordered two beds but after receiving and opening the first (beds arriving at different times), I requested a return and later rejected the second package (never opening it).
The company did not grant my return request of the first bed and have yet to refund me for the refused package/bed with ongoing delays and difficulties with customer service.
I would not recommend this company!

I requested to cancel my order a minute after I placed the order due to a change of mind. I immediately wrote an email to contact them. Did not hear anything back. I wrote another email on the same day as I found another email address but still have not heard anything back. I also used their customer form online, still no response. After six days, I received an automatic email saying they had shipped my order. I use the tracking number to see where the package is, and it is through USPS, but the shipping info is not up yet. They are just trying to get your money, and it is not worthy buying it here. Amazon has the same project and way cheaper than this place.

I placed the order on 27 November and is now 9 December: I am still waiting on delivery. I have only received auto reply's on messages I have sent. In this day and age it should not take this long to ship or receive an order. I have checked the order number and it shows waiting in Jamaica, NY since 29 November.

I purchased one for my golden retriever. It was very expensive and the reviews sounded amazing. It has only a fraction of the filling that I imagined. The filling moves around, so, often there is no padding between my dog and the floor. I ended up buying a similar bed from Kmart for a third of the price that is much better quality and has lots of filling. I wasted my money on this Mr Fluffy Friend bed that was very expensive and very bad quality. This is a scam product. They spend so much on marketing and I don't see how the reviews are true on their site because this is junk.

I order two beds but needed to return them. I would have to pay over 80.00 dollars to be shipped overseas back to China and also fill out a customs form. They do not pay for return shipping so you lose money. Now I have to figure out what to do with them. My dog thinks it is a toy and wants to chew them up.

The bed fell apart in three months. The fur got matted and, when I washed it, all of the stuffing came out ALL over my washing machine. The quality is poor and they wouldn't replace the product for me as I was a few days beyond their three month warranty limit.

Ordered this bed after seeing ad on Facebook. Totally regret not checking reviews before ordering. First clue that there was probably going to be an issue is that it took forever to arrive. Was so disappointed at the quality and workmanship of the bed. It is NOT made with plush material, but a cheap almost plastic like material (see pictures). The bed has little to almost NO stuffing in the bottom part of the bed ( see pictures). It appears the stitching isn't even complete around the sides and has an "industrial" smell to it. I paid $80 for something I wouldn't have even paid $5 for! Unfortunately my husband opened the bed and threw away the package before I got home and according to the site there is no refund unless it's in the original pack. DO NOT waste your money on this bed!

Their product, in my case the Extra Large Anxiety Relieving Bed is fantastic. It is very well made and most importantly, my dog absolutely loves it. She snuggles down it for her day time naps and she is definitely a lot calmer now when we get home after leaving her alone which is exactly what we were hoping for from the purchase. The delivery time was as told which considering it included the Christmas holidays was very good.

We just received an xxl dog bed, which we purchased from MyFluffyFriend, at a cost of $84.00 supposedly discounted from the $210 regular price. The bed is a piece of junk, with about as much filling as an average size teddy bear, not worth $20, much less $84, or $210., and no way resembles the beds pictured in their advertising/site. Their 30 day customer satisfaction/return policy is a joke in that is specifically states that no refund will be granted if the plastic seal is broken. In order to see what a piece of junk the bed is required breaking the sealed plastic bag.

It's nothing like the advertisement. Very little padding in center of bed as well as sides and my 100 lb GSD will not fit on it despite the website naming this breed specifically for the xxl size!
What a scam! Everything I read said it could be returned to nearest warehouse and you had a warehouse in the USA! You lied and are giving false advertising to those who believe your bull! Believe me I will speak the word to prevent others from falling victim to your lies. Figure's you're in CHINA where lies are SOP!

Bed took 3 weeks to arrive - Arrived stuffed in plastic shipping envelope and a mess. No support and made with some sort of poly fibers. Tried to return as they offer 30 day warranty only to find out I need to ship back to China! The cost to ship is more then the $58 it cost to purchase bed. What a scam!

We ordered the XXL bed...and the bed that came in the mail is extremely small and looks nothing like the pictures from the website. I feel that this product is deceiving. I have contacted customer service for a return and have heard nothing back. Paying $85 for a dog bed and getting what I got - an inferior product of this quality is disappointing.

I looked for a long time for a dog blanket and finally found this one. I had no idea what I would be getting, but it turned out to be perfect! I wouldn't change a thing! He loves anything soft and plush, and adores it because it is so incredibly soft and cuddly. As a mountain dog he's always warm, so I was concerned it would be too hot for him, but no, I drape it over him at nap time and he keeps it on for hours. He leaves the room and comes back later still wearing it. I got the largest one available which is a good size, and just got a second one for his couch, which he loves sleeping on. I'm so angry this company advertising that their beds are great and fluffy and the X-Lg is so big. Well the couch bed is falling apart and the exact bed I paid 3x's more for is the exact same size as my medium one at home. I've been using these for a little over a week and they look old the fur is smashed and it's just ridiculous. I'm ready to talk to an attorney for false advertising.

I previously wrote a bad review on this product. I was wrong. It looked bad out of the package and I was worried it would shed but once I began using it my dog loved it and prefers it to her other bed. It doesn't shed and is easy to wash. The company replied to my emails very promptly and courteously. So I take my previous review back. Only thing is I found out local pet shop has exact same product for the same price. They don't accept returns either. Very happy with the bed.

I think the picture tells all. Boo is a very spoiled doggie, his bed is on the couch not the floor and he has to have a blanket. We have to give him a treat to get him out of bed to go for a walk. I have not washed the bed yet but the other views are positive about washing the bed. Boo is a 12 pound chihuahua and I purchased a medium bed which is perfect for him

Cursing myself for falling for their BS. The pictures are a lie. It comes vacuum packed and to return it their policy is "The unit cannot be returned under the 30-day return policy if the plastic seal is broken, as the safety of the unit may be compromised. In other words - you can't tell at all what it will be like until you open it, and then you can't return it. And it is terrible quality. These thieves should go to jail.
