I am writing this review on 1/14/2015 to tell of my horrible experience with the Mr. Beer Company by Coopers, LLC... I ordered a $50.00 gift card in the beginning of December(to give as a Christmas present). December 3rd actually! After 1 1/2 weeks had gone by and I did not received my gift card in the mail, I decided to e-mail the company (12/13) and ask for the status of my order. Two days later (12/15), I received a response from a customer service representative (Judy R). Judy informed me that my gift card was mailed out on 12/8 and to give it one more day to arrive, (which I did). Still after not receiving my gift card in the mail, once again I contacted the company (12/17) informing that I STILL did not receive my Mr. Beer gift card. I requested for a replacement card be sent out immediately so that I could still have in time for Christmas. I expressed in my e-mail that I was a very disappointed customer, and THAT is when I received a personal telephone call from Judy. I expressed my disappointment and informed Judy that either I receive another gift card in the mail, in time for Christmas, OR I will contact my credit card account and DISPUTE my charge with the Mr. Beer Company. To make a long story short... I NEVER (to this day 1/14/2015) received any gift card in the mail. I filed a claim and disputed the charge against Mr. Beer, and WON the dispute. I received a credit back onto my account and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!
