I ordered two SSD drives. Nearly four weeks later still no sign. Phone goes straight to voicemail; emails are unanswered despite the promise to respond within 24 hours. My requests for a refund have also gone unanswered except for a generic email apologising for delays. Unless you want to spend loads of time chasing them up to no avail and still lose your money, do not buy anything from them.

This is a sham of a company, I ordered a product on 9th September and at the time of writing 2nd October I am still not in receipt of my order. You cannot speak to anyone as they don't answer the phone and the emails exchanges all state, its in transit, wait.
They say its with the courier and I have to deal with the courier to find my order.
That's not how it works, my contract is with them not the courier, the order was either never shipped or lost by the courier and they refuse to initiate their insurance with courier.
But what's more they refuse to provide me my money back. Do not use this company, absolute disgrace.

I BROUGHT A 30TB SSD FROM THEM AFTER A FEW DAYS THE DRIVE FAILED. THEY ARE SCAM SSD DRIVES USING IN MY CASE X2 250GB MICRO SD CARD AND A CONTROLLER CHIP PROGRAMMED TO SAY TO THE COMPUTER IT'S A 30TB INSTEAD OF SHOWING IT HAS TWO 250GB MICRO SD CARDS. YOU CAN ALSO GO THE TRUSTPILOT AND SEE LOTS OF BAD REWIEWS. THEY HAVE NEVER REFUNDED ANYONE.
SO PLEASE DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their prices are tempting but the product are faulty and not to standard. In hope to receiving a refund, I still had to pay to send your item back, they got it back and I never heard from them again.
I bought a 6TB SSD Hard Drive, took it out of the box and it was faulty. I couldn't plug the USB C cable to it. I sent them several emails, called and even texted them without no reply. Repeated this every 2nd day for another week and then I got an email from Evie Ward (*******@gmail.com), not even apologising, just saying to return to their address sending proof of delivery, and they would refund me.
The truth is that they never got back to me and I never got my money back.
I'm repotting them as fraudsters and will hope to get my money back.

Ordered something from them on 11 aug, lead time 5_8 days, which i thought was a touch excessive, its now 21st, still no delivery,
I imagine theyre one of these poor companies who order your order in from china or mars. In this day and age an order when paid for should NOT take more than 4 days to deliver unless its built to order

Ordered a 1tb external hd weeks ago from this company, and still waiting, no response no help. Avoid

These are fake drives. Says 6tb ssd portable drive. Shows up only as 258gb. Upon closer inspection it's only 2 x 128gb sd cards inside. These are fake storage or spoof storage devices. Awaiting my full refund.

No refund given and it's months later. No address, no phone number except a mobile phone number. Fake website, fake account details etc complete scam. Reported to police and trading standards and awaiting action.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Steer clear of these guys, never had such a bizarre shopping experience in my life as with www.moxtons.co.uk.

Purchased a hard drive, then for some reason had an uncomfortable feeling, so within minutes requested to cancel as their cancellation policy described. One day later finally had a WhatsApp conversation with them, well never known anything like what transpired.
