Delivery
March 3, 2016

Purchased a chain saw on E-Bay from Mowers4less, they showed 20 plus in stock. I've waited for over a week before I called asking about the delivery. They told me the inventory was wrong and they didn't have them, might be in today or tomorrow. Why didn't someone contact me to let me know? Not happy at all, can't treat customers like this and stay business. I would give them no stars at this time. We'll see if anyone contacts me. This purchase is under my G. F. name del. Address is Bryan, Ohio

I ordered a chainsaw from this site on 9/13. Called on 9/19 to see what the status of my order was. Shipping department told me it shipped on 9/16 but they didn't have a tracking number or know who it shipped thru!?!?! Checked my UPS FEDEX AND USPS accounts no shipment shown. Checked my account the evening of 9/20 and like magic shipping label where created that morning scheduled for delivery on 9/22. I sent them an email stating my unhappiness with being lied to about the supposed shipment date. Today is 9/22 and no saw. Called to find out that it is sitting on their dock in NC waiting to be picked up. Magically there was a mix up with the shipping label... Funny how after I complained there was a mix up. Let's see what happens now!

Don't use these guys. Jorge is the rudest man ever. Doesn't return your calls. And when something breaks he just said the guys didn't do it. There is no way he ever lets you claim anything on the insurance. It's all a con. They broke my ping pong table. And now are MIA. HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Positive experience
August 14, 2017

Found the Husqvarna MZ61 here at Mowers4less.com at a price delivered to Idaho, that was almost $800 less than the local dealership. Product was also available at Amazon but was $200 more there. Decided to give them a shot. Their communication was clear and it was a pleasure doing business with individuals who know what they are doing. The only issue I had was in obtaining a PRO number to track the freight. I didn't call but my email inquiry went unanswered then the mower showed up 2 days later. Purchased on a Monday and I took delivery the following Thursday. The mower arrived in brand new condition and I am a very satisfied customer! Thanks Mowers4Less!

Avoid these people. They sell mowers they slap together as new when they are not.
The R322t I got was leaking axle fluid, different tires-used, and missing pieces.
Contacted them and they wanted to charge me again for another unit. Now I'm stuck with their junk that no one would buy. I guess they thought I was mechanically dumb.
Avoid these people. They are true con men. They even went as far as to remove the serial number from the tractor to hide their deception. So when I called Husqvarna they had no idea where it was from. Pretty slick guys.

Hi, this is Tina, the lady who spoke with you on the phone. We offered to pick this mower up from the residence free of charge, with no shipping/restocking fees charged to you. You said that was great, then called back saying you wanted to keep it, so I'm sorry that you feel you are stuck with it. We did not try to charge you for another unit, but we never ship out replacements until the originals return back to us, we were simply offering that as an option so you could get your replacement immediately. Any charge would have been refunded when we took possession of the original, as I explained to you. I offered you every option available for the sake of customer happiness, and you chose to keep the unit.

We are sorry you were unsatisfied, but we want all of our potential customers to know that we take the satisfaction of our customers *very* seriously, and we are not con-artists in the least, else we would have tried charging you fees or would have denied you returning a mower you had signed for. Please see us on eBay.com, seller name mowers4less, for a more accurate depiction of our business performance.

In March 26 I bought on e-bay chainsaw from this guys, purchase was paid, I got e-mail that it was shipped to me with trucking # and estimated delivery date, than was told that it is canceled, becouse I did ask them to DO SO? Suck. Now I am questioning their reason to pick up people's personal data(e-mails, CD#, etc)for just dumping them off with fake reasons(I never called for cancelation of my purchase!)

Tina Statin was the single person that saved your company from losing a valuable customer (along with the 125 employees i manage daily that look to me for major retail purchases) It was extremely refreshing to know Tina was the one person that sincerely cared about me receiving my order along with the best service. She was kind. Sincere & concerned. I know she was sincere because I'm confident the salary she receives does not reflect the compassion & concern she has for her customers. Tina is (by far) the single most valuable asset your company currently has... including all physical inventory... combined! I also would like to thank her Supervisor for contributing to developing her to provide great service. I would recommend the leadership of these two guys be the standard for all your stores... otherwise you may have had your final grand opening. Thanks again Tina & her supervisor. Ownership... I would recommend you consider investing in these two employees before you consider investing in your next equipment inventory purchase... it would double your business valuation... trust me... a valuable Customer... and Seasoned Service Professional. GOD BLESS.

I purchased a Husqvarna zero turn Z254 mower from Mowersforless. They promise 1-5 days shipping, took 15 days. After uncrating, started to mow the back lawn. Mower went less than 10 feet and the V belt driving the blades came off, put the belt back on and 5 mins later it came off again then broke, bought a new 1 at Lowes and same thing, then noticed the Idler Pulley was at an angle. Took off pulley and noticed bracket holding the Idler arm was bent, unbent it and put everything back together.
Called Mowers for less and spoke with Andrew, he said I should have taken it to a Husqvarna dealer and he would not reimburse me for the belt or send a replacement. Told him about the bent bracket and he said that it couldn't have been bent, Then he proceeded to lie about always answering the phone when I called numerous times and he didn't answer. The couple bucks you save when buying from this place is not worth the inferior equipment, headaches and horrible customer service, Stay away, spend your money wisely somewhere else.
