Movie download program stopped downloading after 10 minutes. MovPilot provided an update and fixed it.
Tip for consumers:
I had an issue at first where my download stopped at 10 minutes but I wrote to the customer service team and they requested some information and log files and they fixed the issue right away and launched an update with the fix. Don't be afraid to give them the information they required to troubleshoot the technical issue if you have one. I have been downloading Amazon Prime movies and have had a great experience. Will purchase their Netflix download next. Great customer service.
There was a problem with the license key due to a change in the computer. The team responded quickly by changing the key, and the first invalid key reacted to the new key verified by the software that my new Mac was re-running.
The technical team responded enthusiastically, understood well, and accompanied me throughout the process.
There are a lot of the same software, but I chose their home.Their after-sales service did not disappoint me and always solved the problems on the software in a timely manner.
