They damaged tables, beds, and a lot of furniture. After almost 6 months of sending emails and pushing to solve this issue, they offered less than $200 to settle the damages.
It is the worst decision I have made hiring MOVING APT.

It's so hard to find moving companies that are reliable. They have broken my furniture beyond repair and many boxes have gone missing. So I didn't expect Moving Apt to be any different. When they delivered all my belongings in the same state they took them, right then I realized how amazing this company really is. They quoted very reasonably and their movers worked efficiently to save my hard earned cash. On top of that, they took inventory at the beginning of the move and made sure that each item arrived at the final destination. I was just relieved to have received everything in great condition.

This company is a scam. Go with anyone else. Load it up in or do it yourself. They'll scam the hell out of you. They will give you the run around until your things FINALLY arrive. Completely unprofessional.

Searching around for quotes and the guy who called me, told me how obviously I know nothing and also said, wow you are clearly not up to speed. He also insisted that the other companies I have quotes with were obviously lying. This was easily one of the worst sales pitches I've ever dealt with. I ended the conversation with, I'm not really enjoying this conversation goodbye. The whole reason to search around is the learn what is out there, not get put down about my current situation.

I have been hiring Moving apt for the last 4 years. They were very efficient every time. The movers are extremely punctual, both during arrival and delivery. It's always a treat seeing these men at work because they make it seem so easy. They boxed up my belongings very carefully and then loaded them onto the vans. My furniture was carried with caution so they don't end up damaging the floors or walls. I have a lot of respect for the crew and I always request for the same movers.

Yes this is actually what happened! They took our stress and all our worries. The way they managed the move was amazing. They provided us with a good deal for starters. A foreman and his two helpers came on the moving day and packed like machines. They took such good care of everything that we did not even bother monitoring them. Moving Apt is the best choice for your long distance move. They are professional, efficient and skilled. They move your belongings with all the care in this world and they make sure you get a damaged free move. My husband and I hired them for our long distance move last month and they did a very good job. All the furniture was smoothly carried and moved. All the glassware, fragile items and boxes were protected nicely. They used blankets, pillows, pads, bubble wrap and shrink wrap for almost everything. In the end everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. They are unique!

Moving Apt made my move so easy! The foreman and his crew were so helpful and really went above and beyond to get my move done as quickly as possible. They made sure all my items were protected and delivered it all to me safely. The customer service was very good. They contacted me many times and informed me about the whereabouts of my belongings. Moving apt is the company that I used for moving my house. The office staff was fantastic in communicating with us prior to the delivery of our goods and the actual moving staff was amazing! The crews worked hard all day, were helpful, friendly and took good care of our items, helping us set the house up as required. At the end of the day, they took all boxes and wrapping material with them so we didn't have to worry about disposal. Overall, the service we received was fantastic and we would have no hesitation with using them again.

We were moving for my husband's new job. We hired Moving apt for the reputation they have in the market. They really delivered on the promise. The movers were very punctual to arrive. They packed everything carefully. I was amazed to see how delicately they packed our breakables. Their system was very effective and the job was done in 3 hours. They delivered on time as well. I must make a special mention about the cost. Their quote was much lower anyway. But the final bill was $40 less than the initial quote.
