The crew assured us not to be tense. Moving Apt dispatched some highly skilled packers at our home to wrap and load on to their big clean van. They truly made the moving procedure comfortable from the day they appeared. If anybody needs any sincere, skilled and punctual mover for a long distance move, I think there is no alternative to Moving Apt.

When you have an incredible move like we did, it's hard not to want to praise them. Moving apt was just the kind of reputable company that we needed, they were on time with our delivery and communication was the key and they held up their end of the bargain. This is now our no. 1 in our book. If you want the same experience, don't look elsewhere. Choose them!

This moving company is horrible. They gave us a bunch of lies regarding delivery dates and will not keep you up to date where your stuff is. I has been 26 days, when the MAX delivery days was suppose to be 21. We have no idea where our belongings are, they apparently dont know because they cant get ahold of the driver ever! They keep giving us the same story and at this point im not even sure if we will get our things! I have no idea how this place is still in business. I wish I was the one that had a hand in hiring a moving company because I would have NEVER gave my money to them. READ all the reviews, not the ones on their site like my family member apparently did. All the other reviews I have read say the same, and when their things did get delivered things were damaged badly and MISSING. I just want to try to prevent this from happening to any one else!

It's November 1st. The moving company they brokered picked up my things on October 6th. I'm almost 1 full month of not having my things. I can't get in touch with the moving company, MovingAPT can't get in touch with them. No one has any answers for me. I don't know when I'm getting my things. I do not want others to go through what I'm going through right now, so I will be leaving a review on as many websites as I can find. Find a reputable moving company, not a broker. Or at the very least, find a broker that carefully vets their moving companies. I do know one thing is for certain after this experience: I will never use another moving company again. I will do it all myself. That would have been a lot less stressful than this has been. I should have done more research into this company, I would have found an alarming number of complaints hidden under their 4.2 star rating.

Update: The company has reached out to me, and I was able to get into contact with the moving company about the delays. They are in the process of expediting my delivery (it seems the truck carrying my things broke down and my stuff is at a facility in the state I'm currently residing.

I understand things go wrong and things get delayed, but when I went without proper communication and no one could get in contact with the moving company for a few days, I started to become (understandably) concerned.

I do want to thank MovingAPT for reaching out to me.

Update November 8th: We are on day four since my last contact with the moving company who said my stuff would be delivered in 4 days. MovingAPT said they would 'expedite my delivery' which has not happened. We are approaching the 21 business days, and I've been in this apartment for almost a month with no stuff.

I just contacted the person of contact from the moving company and received a text back that 'he's at the doctor with chest pains.' I honestly don't care at this point. I just want my things. Pretty soon I will be wanting my things with a full refund attached. I have reached the limit of my patience.

During the initial call, we discussed our need to move to Arizona in, time was of the essence. Ian informed us that for a slight premium, he can have our items picked up ASAP, and the items would arrive in AZ within 7-10 days. Ian was confident that it would be within 7, the men would want to be complete prior to the 4th of July, 10 days would be worst case. Ian said that his company would keep us informed as to the status of our items throughout the process.
The items were picked up June 25th in the morning. Moving APT contracted five Star Moving located in Adams Ma.
We flew to AZ Tuesday the 30th. We had not had any communication with Moving APT at this time. After many calls to Moving APT- they were not returning our call- We were asked if we read the contract. We explained the conversation with their sales associate. The moving supervisor asked if we read the contract. She said that in life you need to read the contract. She said that the sales persons job was to close the order, it was our issue for not reading the contract. She said "sales people lie" they had up to 30 days to make the move.
We called and had a conversation with Five Star. They said they were unaware with what transpired, we might see our items on the 17th. The items arrived late on the 23rd. We were called 30 minutes prior to delivery.
I would recommend contacting a National Brand Company

On the day of my move, my movers were early and really friendly. The packing and loading was estimated for 4 hours and it only took 3. I save some money from here. My movers were so nice and helpful. They did manage to deliver all my stuff within the allotted time and without any damage. Most importantly the final cost stayed within the estimated price! I hate moving, but they made it ok. I cannot recommend them enough. I am using Moving Apt for my next move.

The company's quote was the cheapest and was definitely affordable compared to the other companies. I asked Moving Apt for assurance on the price being the same as per what we have agreed on. They assured me the price would not increase as long as my inventory list was accurate on the day of the move. The foreman and his team arrived on time and did their job faster than anticipated. I am so happy that the move went without any damage and exactly as per what we had agreed. They never charged me anything extra and were very cooperative during the move. I recommend this moving company very strongly! They are very professional and they carry on their work with extreme coordination. So if you are looking to do a long distance move, please give them a call.

They were great fun! Pickup and delivery was as promised. Excellent Service! Nothing was damaged during the move. Customer Service answered all my questions and even called me back as promised. I had no worries with this company whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to contact Moving Apt. They are the best!

I used this brilliant mover a couple of weeks back and it was the best moving experience I have ever had. Price was a little less than quoted and the movers were super friendly. They were on time, packed and delivered things with care, and the communication before and during the move were excellent. No damages to any of my belongings and they were kind enough to help me unpack. I will definitely use Moving apt when I move again! I highly recommend this moving team!

I'm a literature major so my walls are just filled with shelves and shelves of books. They gave me a good price and a hefty discount because most of my moves were just boxes. It was a great move, the movers packed up my flat screen, the only fragile item I had, for free, which was great. Nothing at all was broken, I was so happy with the service Moving Apt provided me!

We all want one thing from a mover. For them to move us without any damages. It really hurts when they break your belongings. But Moving Apt is very careful and efficient. They did everything I asked and even did stuff on their own like labeling the boxes and fixing up the beds and electronics. They are so experienced that you do not need to monitor them. They have the best rates and the best team. I highly recommend them.

It wasn't an easy move, so I really appreciate their hard work. Their efficiency and effectiveness in moving service is hard to find. The result was great and everything was settled without any damages. The loading process went well and so did the unloading. Yes I had a great moving experience with Moving Apt. The moving team called me an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if they needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away! They got everything packed and ready to go in 4 hours. They kept me informed all the way and even delivered a day early. That is what I call punctual! All my belongings were safe and sound and not a single scratch! It doesn't get better than this, does it?

Moving Apt is no doubt the most professional mover I have ever dealt with. I won't say that they are the best among the best, because truthfully there are many other good movers too. What I can say is that they are very good. They know how to make you happy. They give you a good deal. The delivery was made on time and the items were all well protected. More or less, this is what I wanted. It was a very smooth move. Also one more thing, their rates are far better than the others.
