I moved from Brighton to Southbank 3 months ago during stage 4 locked down! Great experience, special thanks to Max and Graham. They arrived 10 minutes early, Max disassembled and assembled my bed, what a relief! I didn't need to worry about anything, they were both professional and friendly :) They moved all the bedroom furniture and 20 boxes in an hour. I would use MoveOnRemovals in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 stars. Fully informed the whole time of where they were and when to expect them. Very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient and the cost was I believe very fair and was exactly how it had been explained to me when booking. James & I found Move On Removals Melbourne to be so helpful through the whole storage process - from buying the boxes, to booking and moving in to a storage shed and then to vacating it. The importance that Max places on good customer service sets him apart from his competitors.

With the house full of tables, beds, sofas, marble tables, and much other loose stuff, I was so stressed and thought to myself, 'how I'm I going to move all these things into my new home?'.
The great news about Move On Removals came from one of my friends. I booked them online, a process which was easier than I thought. The office team was very friendly and helpful in organising the pickup and setting the right procedures that we followed in getting the job done. That was just the start. Early morning on the day for pickup, 3 boys (Two Jockeys and their driver) dropped by on time with a 12 Tone truck and started organising and moving the items beginning with the larger ones. They wrapped all the delicate items with bubble wraps, shrink wraps, and even used blankets. I was so happy with the way they handled the items as they carefully moved and stack them neatly in the truck.
After a few hours of work, they finished loading up and to my surprise, the house was empty and the truck was ready to head to the drop of address.
The dropoff was even faster than the pickup. The boys had so much confidence in themselves and they even told me that dropoffs are usually quicker than pickups.
I was very impressed and happy with how Move On Removals had moved my belongings. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get his/her things moved safely and quickly.

I am writing this review to shed light on the manipulative tactics employed by MoveOn Removals. Not only did they negligently scratch my floor during the move, but their deliberate delay and inaction over the past six months have been nothing short of infuriating. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services.

The level of negligence displayed by the company is beyond belief. Not only did they damage my precious flooring, but they also failed to take responsibility for their actions. Despite numerous promises and assurances, they have failed to address the issue or provide any compensation for the damages caused. In addition to their negligence, the overall quality of their service was subpar. The movers showed up late, appeared disinterested, and mishandled my belongings. It was a chaotic and disorganized experience from start to finish.

It has become apparent to me that their whole intention is to wear me out with time, hoping that I would eventually accept their actions and give up on seeking a solution. Despite numerous reminders, calls, and emails, they have shown no sense of urgency or willingness to address the damage they caused.

It is deeply concerning that a company would resort to such tactics, putting their customers through unnecessary stress and frustration. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they choose to ignore the problem, hoping it will go away. This lack of integrity and respect for their customers is simply unacceptable.

To make matters worse, their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive. It seems they have no interest in resolving the issue or providing any form of compensation for the damages. This complete disregard for customer satisfaction is disgraceful and speaks volumes about their professionalism.

I want to caution anyone considering MoveOn Removals' services to think twice. Their intention to wear customers out with time and lack of action is a clear indication of their unethical practices. Choose a company that values their customers and takes responsibility for their mistakes. Do not subject yourself to the frustration and disappointment I have endured.
