Legit trust the other reviews they are 100% right because im out $40 too. My initial problem? I watched the zoom in function only zoom out. So complained about problem, wanting refund - also the software was garbage and had nothing useful that suited my needs (and this is coming from a chick paying for video pad, the garbage but inexpensive editing software that is actually 8x better than this garbage). I also stated that it didnt suit my needs - whoops the return policy is an absolute JOKE and incredibly unproffesional? Ridiculous. Guess what video pad comes with? Screen recording option, neat. Movavi? Gotta buy more $#*! if you want that!
Anyways, function not working. Want to know how they responded? Said sorry and sent me A $#*!ING TUTORIAL FOR USING THE ZOOM FUNCTIONS i can't even make this up. Im not a $#*!ing monkey with a laptop. Yeah thats great movavi, but its broken. Whatever. Later, well send screenshots. Okay so I had already uninstalled the trash to have room for better garbage. Sorry bro ur trash is uninstalled. Oh well with no screenshot no help. Then listed things you can get a refund for. Like, you cant give it back up if youre unsatisfied with whats provided? https://www.movavi.com/videoeditor/ the $#*!ing page doesnt even specify whats on there! Absolutely moronic.
I was blamed for their product's problems because I "should've used the trial version". Let's get something straight here. No where on the goddamn https://www.movavi.com/videoeditor/ page does it specify that the trial version expires. No where. And guess what it did? Expired. Before I got into it because it was just installed on my laptop waiting and $#*!. Now tell me, how am I supposed to see what's what if the trial that isn't specified to expire expires? HMM? Absolute douche canoes these people are. Just an empty tunnel between their ears.
I'm 19. You think I got money to waste on trash? Hell no. Boycott the $#*! out of this business.

Mi si è bloccata la versione 15, inspiegabilmente. Non sono ricorso al supporto tecnico di Movavi ed ho acquistato la versione 20, dopo poco anche quella ha iniziato a creare problemi. Oggi 9/4/2020 non si apriva più. Ho ripulito il computer, creato nuovo spazio per l'installazione, ho disinstallato il programma cancellandolo appositamente e grazie al supporto tecnico dopo mezza giornata sono riuscito a re-installare e a far funzionare il software. C'è un problema bella barra di scorrimento dei fotogrammi, che non si ferma al tocco della tastiera... occorre ripetere l'operazione più volte, ecco dunque che quell'aspetto può essere migliorato.
Il supporto Movavi mi ha aiutato anche se mi hanno indicato dei link che portavano a pagine inesistenti.

Wir waren 14 Tage auf Urlaub und es haben sich eine Menge Fotos zusammengestaut; Ich bin ein eher lesefauler Mensch und habe mir Movavi herunter geladen ohne jemals eine Anleitung gelesen oder ein Tutorial dazu gesehen zu haben. Es gelang mir nach ein paar wenigen " Versuch und Irrtum" Klicks alles aus der gratis Version von movavi herauszuholen. Ich bin total begeistert wie einfach und reibungslos es geht, die Medien hinaufzuladen und vor allem die Musik einzuspielen.
Da ich dadurch mehr persönlichen Bezug zu dem Projekt habe, habe ich dann meine eigene Musik genommen obwohl movavi auch in der gratis Version gute Lieder zur Verfügung stellt. Ebenso ist es mit den Übergängen zwischen den Fotos. In meinem FIlm brauchte ich diese nicht, jedoch finde ich es toll, dass die Möglichkeit auch in der kostenlosen Version besteht.

Pro:
- einfache Handhabung
-Übersichtliche Gliederung der verschiedenen Features
-gute Qualität
-Super Sound
- schnell und vor allem ohne Programmfehler
-diverse Datei - Möglichkeiten welche man integrieren kann

Ich finde auch den Support sehr Umfangreich. Es gibt einige informative FQ zu movavi, für alle die sich nicht allein auf ihre Instinkte und ihre Computertechnischen Begabungen verlassen wollen.

Es ist etwas schade, dass man nicht sozusagen ein "Freivideo" ohne Wasserzeichen in der gratis version erstellen kann, was jedoch wieder für die Qualität des Programms steht, da die Features wirklich ihr Geld wert sind.
