My experience with this "company" (if you can call it that) has been pathetic. My girlfriend sent me a Christmas gift idea from an ad promoting Christmas gifts. I ordered a pair of boots for her that same day. At no point did the site state any sort of delivery time, but I figured since they were advertising Christmas gifts, we should still be within shipping time for Christmas (my first mistake). I placed my order on 12/16, the order arrived on 01/09 without any communication regarding shipping time or actual tracking time. I spent Christmas in Texas with my mother, but live in California. I opted to ship the item to Texas in order for it to be available for Christmas, which obviously did not happen. Since it arrived two weeks after Christmas, I asked my mother to ship them to me in California. Once they arrived a few days later, we found that they were really poor quality, and the construction was such that I can't imagine that they would fit any normal foot, regardless of what size they were supposed to be. I contacted the company to request a refund, and was told that they have a 14 day refund policy from the time the item was ordered. I did not even have the products in hand 14 days later to know what garbage they were! They are obviously selling very cheap products at prices that are comparable with reputable companies (I paid $60 fr these boots), but the products are subpar, cheap and poorly made, and they assume that they don't have to worry because their refund policy is impossible to utilize. They claim 100% Satisfaction on their site - what a joke! Steer clear of these scam artists!
