Part was defective, Had to ship part back. Was told when they received part back I would be refunded. Had to threaten in order to get my refund. Very poor customer service. Will not buy from this Vendor again.
I asked about a return but no info was given in regards to a return of the part. So,obviously they won't take back returns. The person that I spoke with tried to help but they didn't have the switch part of the monitor.
We do accept return. Return policy is on the site and a return portal for return. Only return issue we have had (less than 3) are for customer wanting to return items significantly past the return period (3 months or more).

The power supply board that I ordered did not correct my problem with the tv. They gave me a complete refund with no hassles. I will defininely be ordering from them in the future if they have a part that I need.
I needed certain parts for my TV and they did not have them, period! What is the use of adding more "fluff" if this is the sum of my experience?

I still do not have the part. Non responsive. Shipped but lost in the mail. He has another part to replace and resend.
I ordered a product that showed there were 2 in stock. But the next day I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to incorrect information on the website. Sad part is I really needed the replacement stand.
The response and delivery was fast. My only dissatisfaction was with the remote itself. The select/ok button has problems. But I have found that on a number of these. The "original" that I somehow lost was the best.
I have tried to contact seller, as the part does not work. My tv won't even turn on. Old part still turns on tv, I have picture but no sound. The replacement part won't even turn tv on. Not getting a response back from seller.
Was difficult to tell ahead of purchase whether or not this was the correct remote. Going only by the photo of the item, it looked correct. When received, it looked like the right remote. Replacement power board for monitor was exactly the model I needed and has been working fine since installed.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the cost of shipping was 2/3 of the cost of the part.
Transaction of circuit board was flawless. Purchased board installed it with no issues, it was packed well and came in a fair amount of time. Works great with no issues and I would recomened this seller to all.
I ordered a part from this company, received it in good time, however, it was the wrong part. I tried to call the company and was sent to voicemail each time, so I left a message. I finally received a phone call back, but could not understand what was said, as the line was breaking up and cracking. I emailed the customer service to see what I could do to either get the right part or get my money back. They emailed back and said they would send a return receipt and apply a refund, as they did not have the correct part I needed. This order was placed in September and I still have not received anything from the company, nor have I received an email as to why.

I receive my part installed it had some questions submitted a couple of questions in the email or two and still haven't heard back in a week not even a non reply generated message so hello anybody there the part was good that I'm hoping hard to tell still have problems with the TV not necessarily because of their parts at all I'm not saying that but definitely lacking customer service as far as getting back to the customer with their concerns

TV smoked when area hit with lightning. Found replacement circuit board - simple unplug old, plug-in new and walla - like new TV. Seller was quick to send good quality parts.
Received item before the stated date. It did take a few days to leave for shipping but I'm assuming it was because of the Easter holiday. Works just fine would order again for this supplier.

We are unaware of any issue with this customer. His only purchase was in November 2018 (4 months ago) and it was bought through the listing on Ebay. And refund would have been issued in accordance with Ebay refund policy.
