It is important for consumers to share positive customer service experiences when we run across them. Such was my experience with TV Parts Today. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable about the problem with my sony bravia tv and send the main board panel promptly. Included also was the appropriate flash drive formatted specifically for this fix to download the software onto. I still had issues with the television and TV Parts Today staff remained concerned with solving my issue without selling me any unnecessary parts. They even sent out the same part more than once to avoid the possibility that the main board may have been defective, at their own cost. Each time I called staff was patient and guided me as to what steps I needed to take for a successful outcome. Given that most people are not LED TV tech savvy there is a huge benefit the support received.

I won't go into too much detail other than to say my TV's IR sensor broke and I knew for a fact it was just the IR sensor. The rest of the TV worked fine. I spent about a year using my phone to remote control the TV but that was a little janky and didn't work with my Logitech harmony universal remote. Enter Ebay and MoreTVParts. One IR sensor and YouTube instruction video later and my $2000 TV is fully functional again.

My flat screen TV quit working, so I opened it up before I threw it out. There are only two replaceable components, the power supply and the motherboard. I located on line and then ordered a replacement motherboard, and it arrived promptly in good condition. Replacement was simple, a few cable connections, and screws. Once the board was replaced the TV works again. The TV did not go into the dump, and I am happy to have my system working again.

The turn-around time for delivery was speedy. Marketing makes minor changes in button nomenclature, but the function is all there; it takes but a moment to re-familiarize yourself to this unit. We're all addicted to remote controls; this is a good deal.

The TV part I purchased from this site contained the wrong photo which led me to believe it was the correct part. After receiving the part I quickly knew this was not the part I needed. The part number was correct but I was trusting in the photo. The support person/owner was very responsive and offered to return my money after the product was shipped back. I opted to discard the part due to expense of shipping compared to money returned. I knocked off 1 additional star due to them refusing to acknowledge that the picture on Ebay and what I received were NOT the same. It is extremely important that these vendors post the correct photos for their items.
