Do not use this web site! Very big delay on delivery, poor communication, no refunds, sizes do not match the standards, and very big doubts about whether the product is genuine as it was shipped from China. Trying to sue the company now.
Do not order from this website... it is not legit and there will be no refunds as i discovered. I have actually reported them to the trading standards.
They are not based in London as their company address stated... they are in China!
I ordered a pair of Manolo Blahnik size 5 on a 3 day delivery from this site at a cost of £140.00!, what I actually received 2 weeks later from China were a pair size 3/4 Manolo Blahnik shoes with Jimmy Choo zips! I have emailed their help address constantly to get a responce, tried to download forms and returns labels but got nothing from them. There is no returns details and you can forget a refund! I employ everybody to boycott this site and do not send them your money. They are frauds, it is a rip off site selling fake products.
I ordered my product in febuary 2010 and i still have not recievd my product and it is now july. I have emailed the company several times to which i have had no response. I still have not recievied my refund.
This site is terrible and i urge people not to order from this website.
