I was really short on money for my bills. I contacted them and they immediately helped the next day with money deposited into my account. Took a lot of stress off of me! Becky
I have used twice due to the cost of the loan. It's very expensive 😫, I don't recommend, you would be better off getting a Pay day loan.
I needed money over the week end, and Money Key give me what was needed to help me, I tell everyone about your friendly service. I needed meds, but did not have the money, Money Key had the amount I needed put into my checking account the next day. I want to hurry and pay off my loan so that I can get another loan to start a new business. Thank you to the one who took my call and help me even if it was a week end.

I don't have the words to describe the special care and assistance I received from your CSR Sophia Csanyi. Communicated with my bank, asked questions that I didn't or couldn't think of at the time due to frustration. Stayed on the phone with me continuously even when things looked bleak and no resolvement was insight. Gave me strong encouragement that things would get resolved today, and made sure just that happened. I've been in the customer relations industry for about 20 years now, and to find someone with that kind of care, concern, and comforting made my experience with MoneyKey something that I'll appreciate going forward. Got the $255 payday loan, terms are straightforward, no issues at all. Had to call customer service a few times to verify information, they were very friendly and handled everything well.
She helped explain the whole loan process and I was able to understand how it would work, how much better if I paid my loan off quicker. Very helpful and understanding. Great job.
