• is possibly the worst dentist office that I have ever been to in my life. The facility is staffed by ill mannered, rude and, with a substandard staff.

•. Furthermore, one of my past appointments have been cancelled with less than 24 hours notice due to the doctor "being sick" Ironic thing is they have a 48-hour cancellation policy before being charged $25-50, they need to practice what they preach.

The Manager behind the front office, was very unprofessional. Iwent to the Dental office on time and was sitting in the patients' waiting area.The front office agent attended me after 11 minutes and she tells me that I was late, how ridiculous is that?
Please stay away from this Dental office. I had lot of respect for "Monarch Dental" as a brand, but this unprofessional staff is spoiling this brand mecrcilessly.It is the high time the top corporate executives look at this menace, before this name is dragged completely down.
I promise that I will make it point to suggest all my relatives and friends to avoid this Dental offices, when they ask my advice
