I waited weeks for my order that never came. I attempted to make contact four times, by email and by phone. The number is always busy so you can't leave a message. They never respond to emails. I would not recommend at all. Be careful where your money goes!

This company is atrocious! Gorgeous pictures of kids clothing but what came can only be described as made by a child! Strings hanging off everywhere, terrible stitching, really bad fit, etc. Just a disgusting item. I've tried 3 separate times to contact them to ask for some assistance because this item is definitely not what I ordered and have been completely ignored! Terrible customer service. And when you've spent $100 AUD on absolute garbage, it's just terrible!
I ordered these directly from the Momma's Shop website and was misled on the correct size. The bras were too small and I've tried contacting them several times but rarely receive feedback. It's only when I threaten them with a bad review that I hear something, so here it is. Hopefully I can get an exchange or refund now. Smh
I purchased a a couple onesies and a jumper. The material was very soft and stretchy. Perfect for my little. Haven't seen these styles in stores. Everything was delivered on time. I had no reason to speak with customer service but they still reached out and welcomed me as a customer. I love this little shop so far.

WonderMoms. Search on Amazon. Excellent nursing bras, and even more excellent and compassionate customer service. Even their returns go to moms in need. Their front open bra is the most comfortable (and their beige and black combo is worth the money). Do it!:)

Before you buy from this company read the fine print. If you live in the USA you can get returns and refunds however if you live in Canada they only do not do returns. The shipping to Canada is also more than the products cost themselves. For 5 bras I paid over $100 in shipping for them not to fit. They also look cheaply made the clasp is not a one hand clasp like other nursing bras and the logo on the bra is right on the front and not cute. The deep v is so deep if you have a bigger chest then a B cup you'll feel like your alway falling out. They did send me a different size to try however is still had to pay duty on that package which means I spend almost $200 on shipping a duty to have bras that I probably won't wear often because they are not comfortable. Also the fact that you can't leave a review directly on the site is kind of shady and it feels like all their 5 star reviews are paid
The products were delivered on time and in great condition. Great customer service. I emailed about the status of my order and was answered almost immediately. Adorable clothes and I will definitely order from here again!

I had several questions about my order and Jenna was very prompt and helpful. I have not had this experience with almost any other online business. I loved all the rompers and shoes I purchased and had no issues with quality or size. I have already made a second order. I have recommended this shop to several friends and family already. Although I followed the company's size chart, I ended up with bra's WAY too large (by a little over an inch without stretch). When I tried to exchange, the smaller size was backordered with no expected date of return.

Initially, they completely ignored the text in my email and sent a generic reply- telling me to do exactly what I'd already told them I'd tried. When I gave a negative review of the person's service, I was contacted again. This person told me they would only accept a 30 day return, but MAY make an exception (but that cannot be guaranteed), so I should just to return the product and buy again when the other size comes back in stock. However, they would not honor the price that I'd initially paid.
Just go to Amazon- very similar bras, great reviews, no shipping costs, AND ZERO customer service issues.
Put my order 2months ago and still has not been delivered about to give birth already and i still have no diperbag just for waiting on this one that stays "in transit" and never delivers asked for my money back and keep getting a it will get delivered soon. I do not recomend this
I am not only disappointed with the bag I received but I'm also extremely disappointed with the people I've had to deal with trying to make the return! I ordered a bag with no writing and it comes with writing that doesn't even make sense. The color isn't even right. Than I have to pay to return it! Just not fair I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
I recently purchased from here and live in Canada. UPS lost my order and they were fast and efficient with sending a replacement out! Beyond friendly and helpful, would order from them again! :)
