I ordered shorts from this site to be told via email that they were out of stock, I could either choose a different pair or have a full refund.
So far so good.
I chose a different pair but when they arrived they had sent the wrong size. I was told that they would replace them with the right size plus refund my costs in return the goods.
I found out via track & trace that they received the returned item but despite sending them repeated emails I have heard notheing from them.
I have lost the cost of the shorts and the return postage.
