Sent me a rip-off version of a real product. Fals advertising: advertised themselves as the real deal
I purchased 5 of the Modern Lifestyle Shop "ByeCritter" devices for a friend & on 11/20/23 sent them the following note:
Good morning,
My friends called me this morning to tell me they just found a mouse in a trap. They left traps out after plugging in your Bye Critter devices, "just in case" & after only a few days caught a mouse.
Their house is quite small but according to your own details about how they work & where they don't, makes them faulty by design. I don't know anyone that has outlets INSIDE their walls & closets where mice would be most likely to set up their living spaces!
Apparently one came out, was not deterred by your device & was caught in a trap. Clearly your product does not work. It's too bad. Now I have to help them find someone in (actual) pest control to (I guess) fumigate! Very disappointing & sorry to be one of your (I'm sure many) victims!
