amazing. have ordered several eames chair and loungers from this company for clients and will continue to do so. great customer service and in the one instance there was an issue with something chipped in transit, David took great care of me and we fixed the problem.
BEWARE! Appears to be operating several websites listing Vancouver BC as its business location. Most feedback is ancient and their Facebook Page hasn't been updated in many months. They also list numerous items as being in stock that I know haven't been available in a year. There is no way to logon to your account or check order status on their web page. The 800 number reaches the same recording for every option.
David was super helpful. It's a bit frustrating that when you click for different things, like "walnut" vs "rosewood" base, the chair doesn't change to match. Or like the the LC4 lounge chair, it only has the black leather option. I would like to see the "cowhide" option before purchase.
Easy experience and appears to be good quality from photos. Do not ship to arrive before Oct.13, 2018 please.

Only complaint so far is non response to email asking if Le Klint pendant light was in stock. I have a time restraint. Hopefully it's in stock and will be shipped to me very soon.
Some selections lack colored pictures... for example, Seafoam is not pictured for the item I bought... but was for other similar variants of the product.
Great experience so far, except that had I not called and poked around on the Facebook site, I would have been charged50 for shipping.

It is a very nice chair: I enjoy looking at it as much as sitting on it! There were three main criteria for this chair: color, wood type, and leg finish. I even called to confirm availability and to verbally confirm my concerns. Color was correct (white) , wood finish was correct (walnut) , leg finish was incorrect (ordered brushed aluminum - Black was sent) . Even the box was labeled White - walnut - Black.
So, I don't know what else I could have done as I even noted the leg finish in the note box as instructed by the contact person. Beware, either instructions were not followed OR they never had it in the first place. ?
First time I tried to order this product, the color I wanted was not in stock. Now, it is in stock and I got a discount! Good deal!
the light purchased was a reasonable facsimile but it's manufacturing had some defects.

Excellent choice of products. However, I miss being able to see the upholstery options on the product photos.
If you are charging taxes, you need to list what those taxes are. If they are HST, you need to give your customers an HST number so they can use it as an input tax credit.
Sad the chairs I first ordered aren't available. Appreciate your help to get what I wanted to no avail. Still happy to order from your site. Free shipping makes all the difference.
